Check in staff were helpful key didn’t work on arrival and asked to change rooms as was solo traveller next to lots of rooms with kiddos. Bar staff all friendly and good. Room comfortable and clean some cilit bang black mould remover wouldn’t have gone a miss on silicone seal in shower. But comfy clean room would stay again!

Easy and quick check in, plenty of parking. Hotel was full as Take That were on the Coventry arena which is about 15 minute walk away. Room was okay, bathroom sink partially blocked and reported.

Dirty and tired room, hard bed and pillows, mediocre breakfast.

Amazing staff very helpful especially the night staff. Room was clean but the bathroom shower screen could have done will a good clean as there was mould in the corners. But overall a good stay.

Great stay, rooms very good. Not very well stocked at breakfast after items run out but all in all good.

Did not have any breakfast but had dinner and food was very good but would have liked Sunday dinner but the staff were excellent and very helpful would recommend this hotel

Restaurant was very poor and less than expected of a hotel restaurant. Quality of the food was terrible and beyond basic.

The common areas of the hotel is tired and not the best and the rooms dated. I had an issue with the heating that meant I had to go to the reception to "try and have fixed". They kept saying they had reset the system, however, it didn't work and as the phone in the room didn't dial through to the reception, it was freezing in the night. I would not stay there again.

Came for two nights and the room we were first in was clean but very tired and the TV didn’t work but we arrived late so were grateful for somewhere to rest our heads. We were moved to a different room for our next night and the A/C was broken but we had a working TV. I’m not sure we would stay here again but couldn’t fault the staff. The decor and amenities just need a bit of a sort out.

Clean room, staff were polite. Kitchen staff catered to our needs and were very lovely. Will be staying again.
