Fantastic location with great facilities for families. Room extremely spacious with vast lounge. Comfortable beds and lots of storage. Food good but maybe lunch time snack menu Required Some staff maybe not as courteous as others.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! It’s very family-friendly, the staff are amazing and always helpful, and the food is absolutely delicious. A great experience overall!

Lovely grounds, house was basic. Food was good. Nice place to relax after Nurburgring laps.

Awesome place, great breakfast. Beautiful area. The playground is fantastic and has a zip line. There is a rail connected right to the property. This is a can't miss for nature lovers and a great home base for exploring the Rhineland palatine area

No elevators. Had to haul heavy luggage up and down stairs

Had a great stay at the Sporthotel. The facilities are excellent and the surroundings are beautiful. The weather wasn’t great, but there was so much to do indoors that nobody was bored - tennis, table tennis, billiard, swimming pool, saunas, and a good gym! When the weather was good, we visited the volcanic lakes in the area - the autumn colours of the trees around were amazing in the sunshine. We loved the breakfast buffet which had a great variety of food on offer, and we also enjoyed the one evening meal we took. All in all, a really nice stay at Sporthotel Grafenwald!

Beds were good but they could have been on a full sized bed insted of it being on two seperate ones put together, and the chairs on the balchony could have been better.

This was a fantastic location and the hotel was clean, friendly staff, just a absolute treasure. Go Go Go to this nice place!!

My stay was fantastic, the room was a 5 star, the food and the environment 5 star plus! My only complain was that the wireless Internet does not work in the room, you must be at the lobby area to be connected to a slow speed connection.

We enjoyed a happy few days in a comfortable and welcoming environment. Our room was large and comfortable situated in the Studio block, top floor. A lift would have been useful for the luggage. . As it was half term the dining room was lively with sporty families and many todlers.The dining room staff were efficient, friendly and spoke English, the food was splendid. Walking round the Maars kicking the fallen leaves in the Autumn sunshine was splendid. The swimming pool and the spa proved very popular, plenty of towels, available, robes and flip flops provided in the bedroom. We were surprised to hear that not many English visit the hotel, perhaps this review will encourage more folk to explore the area.

Haustierfreundlich (aber 18€ pro Tag und Hund), Ferienhäuser Kastanie sind für 2 Personen mit 2 Hunden ausreichend gross (75qm). Der Chic ist zwar noch aus den 80ern, aber es war sauber und warm. Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine waren sehr verkalkt, wurden aber auf Wunsch sofort ausgetauscht. Es war ein schöner Kurzurlaub über Silvester

Schöne, große und sehr ruhig gelegene Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstück und à la carte-Abendessen, Buffet für den Preis leider zu einseitig und wenig ansprechend. Sehr zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal, schöner Fitness und Spa-Bereich / Sauna. Preisgünstige Tennishalle mit sehr schnellem Belag direkt nebenan. Perfekt für ein Wochenende. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ein wenig zu teuer und zu abgelegen. Es hat uns alles in allem sehr gut gefallen!

Accomodatie was netjes. De hotelkamer mooi en precies als op de foto, voor met z'n 2en prima. Ontbijt is goed, het diner is ok maar nog geen prijswinnaar, zeker niet op prijs-kwaliteit. Heb in Daun bij de Kroaat veel beter gegeten voor minder. Het hotelpersoneel is echter erg sympathiek.

Je ne réserve que des hôtels 4 étoiles. Dans celui-ci, il y a des chambres 4 Etoiles et des petites maison vendu pour du 4 Etoiles, mais on en est loin. J’appelle cela de la publicité mensongère. De plus, le WIFI dans les maisons n’est pas utilisable. Bornes WIFI fraichement installé mais pas opérationnelles. Attention, beaucoup de marche à monter et à descendre pour se rendre au restaurant et au petit déjeuner. Aux paiements du séjour, on me remet une note de bar avec mon numéro de chambre, alors qu’à cette heure-là, nous n’étions pas rentrés. Très déçu. Je n’y retournerai pas.

Prachtige locatie, de voorzieningen zijn echt top, zoals een mooi zwembad. Restaurant is een aanrader. Voor kinderen ook genoeg te doen, dus al met al een aanrader.

Uitgebreide menukaart, goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Zeer comfortabele kamer.

Alles prima. Sehr geschmackvoll.

Unser letzter Besuch war im Jahr 2010. Wir haben uns heute sehr wohl gefühlt. Die DZ für uns neu-super. Der Service ist toll! Wie imer. Sehr zu empfehen. Herzliche Grüße an das gesamte Team!
