Excellent staff. Clean room. Free parking and breakfast were pluses to decide to stay at this hotel.

Breakfast is the usual US continental buffet so it is OK. Staff was very friendly. Very easy parking. Location is nice and is convenient if you want to go to the Falls. I would come back again.

The room was advertised to sleep 5 people but I was charged $10 per person per night for every extra person over 3 people.

ROOM KEPT VERY WELL, STAFF VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE. HOUSEKEEPING UNITS ARE GREAT. I BOOKED ONE THIS TIME WITH THE FULL SIZE FRIDGE BECAUSE I NEEDED SOMEWHERE TO STORE FOOD FOR A FAMILY REUNION THE NEXT DAY, VERY HANDY OPTION

Great staff and very clean rooms- everything feels new. Only recommendation is breakfast selection could be expanded a bit, but breakfast staff were excellent with allergy menu!

A pleasant surprise... clean, spacious and helpful, cheerful staff.

The Best Western in Welland is like our "home away from home" -- from the front desk staff (all shifts) to the room cleaners -- and Deihdra (sp?) who does an exceptional job with the substantial breakfast that Best Western is deservedly well known for , out stay over the years has always been an outstanding experience .

Staff was pleasant and helpful. The single issue with the suite was handled immediately by the maintenance person who couldn't have been nicer. Beautiful living space and clean. Breakfast was good and had a variety of food as I expected. Coffee was available past breakfast time as I like to have a second cup. Walking path for the canal was behind the building and we walked the mile up to the Bridgewater Brewery which was excellent.

Always a good stay

Our stay was short , but we have stayed at this hotel in the past . As always, this hotel and staff are always up to the task and make for a great stay!!
