Ideal hotel for a long weekend in Palma. Excellent facilities, helpful staff and a very comfy bed in a quiet area. We enjoyed the walk into the centrexand the spa was an added bonus.

Overall the service is okey. The only thing that shocked me was that if you want to eat from outside and borrow a cutlery they only provide you with 1€ wooden spoon.

Room was clean as was the hotel and the location was excellent

Room was good, nothin too special.. bed and mattress was cheap. It was hard and not too comfy for 4 star hotel. Breakfast was brilliant though

I was shocked and very disappointed that my bed was not made and room cleaned daily. Only new floor mat provided on one day. Having my bed made etc. is why I choose to stay in a hotel and not apartments or Air b&b. The use of the request card should have been made clear at check in. I think staying in a hotel it should be completely standard that the bed is made and room cleaned daily. It should not be by request.

I would recommend this hotel. Better than photos. Staff excellent. Would definitely return. Enjoyed our walks into the old town, however there are lots of buses if preferred and lots of restaurants / bars / cafes nearby.

Great hotel for exploring Palma. Walkable to old town Palma. Not far from restaurants. Hotel clean and comfortable. Has Spa (did not use). Outdoor pool very nice and great area with loungers. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff cheerful and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely stay. Staff at reception excellent, upgraded us free to a better room. Pool area was superb. Location was perfect, about 15 minutes to Palma's old town. Definitely recommend staying here.

Very nice hotel with great facilities, amazing staff and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The pool and bar area has a nice atmosphere and we really enjoyed using the spa facilities. We would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to stay in Palma.

Hotel was very good with excellent facilities. The only slightly negative comment is that the room was a bit small. Would stay there again though.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Rapid taxi service. Nothing wrong with the hotel building but little that shines out. Room wasn't the biggest and typical situation of a double bed means two singles pushed together. Location is walkable to the centre of Palma, but not a huge amount in the area.

Very modern and clean room and facilities. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Not quite in the main area of Palma but easily accessible on foot (25 mins) or bus (15 mins).

Great property, short walk to the bars and restaurants! Sun at the upper pool all day, which is why i am so happy! Lots of the marina facing pools lose the sun by 5pm!

Lager wasn’t cold at the pool bar. €3.50 for a can of Fanta is a bit excessive. Menus on the table at the pool bar at 6pm but no food available until 7pm. Rooms small and basic but very clean and had all you need for a city break, including a fridge and a safe. Hotel staff great. Location is fine - a few streets back from the promenade and about a mile into the old town where most of the bars and restaurants are. Plenty of beds at the pool Would stay here again
