Comfortable nice rooms. Overall good experience

Brilliant experience only down side was the hotels.com listing stated certain number of hotel parking spaces available but when arrived everything was chargeable and £10 for a stay between 5pm and 8am was very high

This was our second visit to this hotel, it is very well located. The rooms were clean, breakfast was very good. I ordered online at the discounted price of £11, but was charged the standard £14. We were woken in the night by very loud bangs, which we reported. We left a bag in our room when we checked out. Nobody sent a message or rang to tell me that it was being held in reception. I rang to ask if it had been found and collected it later that day after a 90 mile round trip. The staff could have been more proactive

Lovely hotel close enough to centre of town. There was a wedding taking place but our room was so far from it all that we were not disturbed. The room was of a very good size. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Lovely stay, hotel was clean and looks like it has been renovated recently. Staff were very professional and always smartly dressed. Nice idea of always having water available and chocolate treats ! Spa area although not large was clean and welcomed after sightseeing in Winchester. The only downside was the aircon in the room which did not cool the room down enough. Overall this was a very enjoyable stay and great place to stay for a couple of nights

Recently refurbished so all looked great and well maintained. Decoration modern but for me somewhat stark. It's a pity that one has to pay £10 for 24hr parking...should be refunded if staying in the hotel.

The Hotel Facility was excellent. Clean, modern, well maintained, spacious rooms, nice pool and gym, good location. The few issues were that the hot water fluctuated a lot w/ potential to scald. Also the bar staff was new and still learning their craft. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Would have loved later opening times for the gym. Lots of flaky paint around the ceiling in the shower. Otherwise all good, very friendly staff. Would return.

A nice hotel in a great location in a lovely city. Spa and gym are very good. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The staff were very helpful and hotel was very clean but the air con didn't really work. Only the left hand corner produced any air. Room was hot even with the fan provided. Not good enough for the price paid. The cold water always ran hot for a couple of minutes. Which I thought was strange but keep in mind if you stay there.

Breakfast could be more options.

Our stay was extremely relaxing with helpful staff & delightful food. Highly recommended.

Excellent breakfast and breakfast staff!

This property is a gem! Incredibly convenient and comfortable for anyone visiting. We only stayed one night, but the staff was very helpful and nice. The beds are extremely comfortable and air conditioning was key to a very hot couple of days. The amenities are also wonderful.

Spa facilities are fantastic. We were staying the same time a s a big wedding party, and although we were on the second floor the dance music still came through loudly, ending at midnight.

Another contented stay. This hotel ticks so many boxes that my local friends recommend it to other visitors from out of town whom they lack the space to accommodate. Good quality food at breakfast and dinner, we haven't sampled lunch other than bar food. Would recommend as within reasonable walking distance of the town centre and quiet neighbourhood. Not "cheap" but a quality offering.

A bit downmarket and tired hotel. The desk staff were generally unfriendly but the bar staff were lovely making me a coffee very early in the morning. The parking is inconvienant being all the way around behind the hotel with no door through and you must pay separately from your hotel bill - not a huge amount but would expect free parking for guests at a hotel not in a city centre. Spa and pool closed at 8pm.
