Nice breakfast, great location, nice view/balcony

Very nice hotel, good location and an excellent coffee wirh the breakfast! The only downside is that the room doors did not have soft closers and a lot of the guests sadly slammed them so it was had to sleep past 7.30am.

Nice view of the ocean and old town. Easy walk to shops and restaurants.

Raki was a nice touch but fruit was stale.

This is our second time back here, but this time we're visiting Samaria National Park. The best thing about this hotel is its central location—close to everything, yet tucked away from the busy promenade. You really get a feel for the local vibe, and the beach is just a two-minute walk away, mostly frequented by locals too. Just imagine: we go for a morning run, then dive into the sea on the way back to the hotel—before breakfast. Pure bliss. And on Saturdays, there’s a street market right next door, full of things to discover. We absolutely love it!

Good but parking is a nightmare around there!

We stayed for one night after a late arrival at Chania airport, mainly because of the combination of good reviews and a 24 hour concierge. It was a perfect choice - seamless check-in, pleasant staff and a comfortable room with hot shower after a long and sticky journey. A basket of fresh fruit, snacks and complementary water was much appreciated. The breakfast was perfectly good too.

Air on poor not great on a hot day on august had to use my own fan in my room

Very helpful staff, ceru clean, recently refurbished room and hotel, excellent location if you re not driving can walk anywhere in chania and easy access to the beach. If you re driving parking can be a nightmare.

Stayed at The Kriti at the start and end of my holiday. Please see previous review. Nothing more to add other than that this hotel's standards are consistent.

Room: clean, comfortable and spacious ... not all have balconies. Good standard of housekeeping. Small secluded swimming pool. Breakfast should meet the needs of most. Large car park nearby. Well situated ... most of the city within easy walking distance. Pleasant, obliging staff. There's really nothing not to like!

Probably the best option if you want to spend a vacation in Chania. Spotless clean, professional staff, grest swimming pool, excelent breakfast.Close to Old Town and even closer to the endless restaurant strip.One of the best lodging option I ever had ( and I traveled the world). Me and my family enjoyed the stay a lot and is going to be the only option to consider when we plan next vacation to Crete. Well done Kriti Hotel, keep it up. Thanks gain.

Very happy with location and staff

First night sink drain broke and we couldn’t use it. Soaked floor from the water leak. The front desk could not assist sue to no building engineer present. The sink drain was replaced next morning. Hotel offered a one night refund but it was issued to Expedia. Have not heard from Expedia or have any proof of refund. Hotel said I had to check with Expedia. Not a great experience.
