Lovely hotel that I have stayed at many times. Large rooms and bathrooms, only ever had breakfast but plenty choice, nice bar area, car parking onsite. Just across road from shopping centre, cinema, bars and restaurants.

One night stay, it was clean and adequate and the evening meal was ok, we left before breakfast byt we were offered a breakfast box. All in all quite satisfactory and would definately stay there again.

The room was very clean. Staff envy over and and above for anything you needed. Friendly staff. Pool and and hot tub was nice and the changing rooms were clean.

Brilliant room, bed and breakfast area

All the staff were lovely, especially the lady looking after guests at breakfast. Unfortunately, the room itself was quite rundown, there were pen marks on the bedding, scuffed walls, a bathroom in need of attention, and the bedside table showed water damage with peeling. The breakfast was good, but the tea and coffee station in the room felt a bit grotty. I’ve stayed in cleaner Premier Inns.

Room was great, however one day we were in our room when room was due to be restored and when we approached male he was abrupt and said he had to have his break

Hi there are stay was amazing from start to finish at crown plaza Solihull. We have stayed in many hotels but the service and welcome we received was excellent. Especially Etha and Charlotte. Also my wife has spoken to someone there as my daughter forgot her watch. Can you please pop it in the post and send charge so that I can pay for postage. Regards. Vijay

Very clean nice spacious room the bed was huge! Staff really friendly on reception. breakfast was lovely there was 4 different eggs omelette fried boiled and scrambled i never seen this anywhere else and thought thats great 👍literally over the road from solihull centre great location thanks crowne plaza had a lovely stay 😀

Excellent overall experience. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the rooms were a great size and very clean. We used the pool and sauna a few times during our stay, and left feeling relaxed and refreshed. We'll definitely be returning soon.

I didn’t have breakfast but the menu was delightful. The rooms are a good size with lovely modern decor big flat screen tv and the bed (Queen size). Was very comfortable I had a really good sleep. Myself & partner took advantage of the facilities i.e gym, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room and swimming which is heated it was fantastic ☺️

Changing room was cold also the showers
