Front desk needs to be more pleasant

The breakfast is very good. It’s one of the main reasons we come back to this hotel every year. The rooms need updating. The carpet needs to go. It’s old and a bit stale smelling with carpeting. The beds are super comfortable. Pillows are very good. Fresh towels were left every day. We choose this hotel every year in Midland because the breakfast buffet is great, the location is handy and the beds are so comfortable. We also like the dressing room area with a sink and hair dryer separate from the toilet and shower.

The breakfast was excellent! The room was clean and comfortable, but it’s an old place. Back entrance is old and corridors have that old smell. Our TV wasn’t clear picture and didn’t have any streaming channels. Over all for the money it is good value.

Hot tub was nor working. Room is showing age and carpet was not clean. Breakfast room very clean and food was great.

The breakfast was basic eggs, sausage, potatoes....but filling. The hotel was clean. Staff were friendly. I was so looking forward to getting in the hot tub after a day of riding but it was broken. They need a bar/lounge onsite.

Included breakfast was nice. Unique set up with pool adjacent to the dining area. We didn't use the pool but liked that set up. I think that front desk could have told us about stairs at back of property entrance and more strongly suggested using the elevator from the dining area to access the accommodation at the building at the back via level ground. We were 3 seniors and struggled with the stairs.

Breakfast was good - eggs hashbrowns sausage as well as the usual toast, yogurt, muffins, cereal. Fruit was apple and oranges. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna thank you

On their website they show that there is a restaurant onsite but it was not operational and appears hasn’t for some time. Feel it should be updated.

Having the hot tub and pool was the reason we booked - and they didn't disappoint!

Very friendly staff and clean comfortable hotel. Will be staying again when we need ot be up in Midland.

Rooms are old and need a face lift and they have a restaurant and other facilities that aren't used anymore. But honestly a cool hotel. Almost feels resort like. Staff were also amazing.

Hotel facilities - pool, sauna and hot tub were great. Room was not cleaned after first night stay and staff were unable to clear old phone message from phone. Did not have instructions or anyway to find same.

Rude staff at the front desk dated hotel dated room rooms, dirty room paid $50 plus tax to have my 4lb dog be there and I wouldn’t even put her on the carpet that’s how gross the place was

Went for work, I’m maybe too picky, the outside had garbage laying around up the steps, I get the feeling it’s needing a upgrade, the windows you could barely see out of them in the room, the pool was nice and the workout room, breakfast, ok. If you’re into reasonable, ok. I like to treat my stay as a work and holiday stay, so was looking for a little more than closing my eyes and putting my head on a pillow. Was reasonable priced. Nice and close to town.

Room was just average. Nice bed. Couch is warn out. Bathroom needs updated. Towels need to be replaced. Permanently stained.
