Hot tub was excellent...room was clean... breakfast was excellent and delicious....and we'll probably be back again

Breakfast was amazing very clean Hotel

It was very nice, rooms are clean. Pool was nice. Buffet was good. Only downfall was the third floor smelled like cigarette smoke and the coffee maker is in the bathroom.

Front staff were helpful

I need to communicate with someone from Expedia immediately. I am filing a complaint with the board of health. I have videos and pictures. I want a refund and I want follow up to either clean this pig style up or close it down. I have a formal complaint about non accessibility as I’m in a wheelchair. I have taken water samples and filmed and documented for the secondary complaint to the board of health. Contact me immediately. I need to share this as someone. A staff is impersonating the hotel manager.

Heating/ AC unit didn't work properly. Place was dirty. Issue with keys. Pool was not clean.

Staff were all amazing. Come each year to see my niece and her family.

Staff was nice and quick for check-in. Place was terrible overnight because it was very cold in the room and hotel overall. Breakfast.. there was cereal, bread & a toaster. Quick check outside though.

Facilities were clean although could use some TLC (paint, replace old steel tubs). Breakfast variety was good but eggs, sausage and potatoe lacked taste Breakfast room is amazing overlooking an atrium. Rooms a decent size with agood heating system and room was quiet despite faving highway. Very clean ,nice shower and bonus, soft towels that actually dried ! Would stay here again Pool.and hot tub were very nice. Staff was very friendly from the front desk through custodial.

The pool and hot tub were fabulous, sauna wasnt working, gym only one treadmill working other treadmill and elliptical did not work. Breakfast was great. First 7 days maid service amazing, then seemed like they didnt make beds again. Did knock on door and took garbage for us and gave clean towel replacement. Not sure if it was due to us having the do not disturb sign on door for the hour when we got back from pool to shower but seemed a bit odd. Overall i would stay there again loved the pool/hottub. Staff were lovely.

Everything is great. Staffs are friendly, breakfast variety is more than expected. Only issue is the wifi is not strong enough.

Enjoyed the hot tub. Great pool area and breakfast area. Second time we have stayed there. Will stay there again.
