Great experience, a stop on the way back towards the channel tunnel, it was really clean, helpful staff, well located, in walking distance of the two main squares and even had a ping pong table!

Mercury Arras is a wonderful hotel. Had all the amenities we could have wished for. On every floor is a free water dispensing unit - cold water, room temp water and cold sparkling water! Beds are very comfortable. Roo. Very clean. Good restaurant in the hotel. All in all, we had a great experience and would definitely go back if are in Arras.

Stayed 2 days and it was just perfect: close to train station and the old town centre

Good location, wonderful staff, room was nice. The toilet room without ventilation was smelly. I realize this is common to have the toilet separate, but it was a worse smell here for some reason. Everything else was great.

Location and food were good. Toiletries were limited and room was small. Staff in general was very helpful but one employee did respond with a check the tourist office. There was a large music festival on the Sunday in town that I would think they would be informed.

The air conditioning couldn't be turned down as much as we would have liked, ie. below 22 C.

I have stayed here many times as the hotel is located next to the train station and has excellent ample parking. The room and food were of the best quality and the staff were helpful.
