I find this place noisy. People were talking out loud in their room up till 3 am and then people were talking in their room morning in the hallway. This property needs insulation. Toilet is little too low. Rest was ok

Great stay at the four point

The check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean and met my expectations. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Very nice hotel with great pool and restaurant.

The rooms are clean, but they smell like cigarettes, we got switched and whenever you turn the AC off the smell comes back

Great all round

Property is nice, hotel is busy, hallways and facility shows how busy this place is. Housekeeping was extremely nice and helpful which was pleasant to see. Attention to details need to be practiced. Shampoo, body wash and conditioner and other room supplies not replenished. Hallways were dirty. Small sitting area in the lobby was always full. We didn't sleep because of the noisy air conditioner/fan. It was never the right temperature, too cold or too hot and noisy.

Great place, very well staffed and updated

Pros: Good price for the room. Cleaning staff was nice and helpful. Room amenities were generally decent. Good location for hotel. Cons: It is TERRIBLE that they ONLY accept credit card payment (as per what we were td at the front desk). What if someone doesn’t have a credit card? Marriott Courtyard Toronto (Vaughn) allows room deposit to be taken off of a debit-VISA card (and I assume more than one form of payment). Why the rigidity at Sheraton which is under the same umbrella group? Bathtub had hair in it and didn’t look properly cleaned. No liner bag in the room garbage can. Toilet seat in room bathroom was very low. The fridge door in the room was open (though not sure if someone in our pert did that or if it was left like that. The fridge did not seem to be working long or cool food properly.

Room is outdated. I dont think that this hotel is even that old. Washroom was l not clean. Water did not drain when I showered, so standing in an inch of water while showering is gross. Don't recommend staying here.

Nice place to stay

Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. We did not use the pool or restaurant.

Excellent service and perfect location

Great place to stay just outside of downtown Toronto. Within Driving distance of everything. Easy access to the 401. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Something were dated but overall clean and functional. Would definitely stay here again if needed.
