We booked the room with kitchenette and it was great. Room was clean, quiet. Very convenient location too. The only thing was that we needed extra blanket for our night and was told to pick it up from the front desk, which was a minor inconvenience but it would have been perfect if they could have someone dropping it off instead, since we had small kids.

The location has free self parking which is nice. The property and rooms looked clean but after we were in the room for a short while, my boyfriend started developing hive rashes all over his body. The room looked clean and well maintained but we wonder if the rooms were only superficially maintained, and things such as the ac was not clean in long time or he was allergic to the detergent in the towels and sheets. Otherwise staff were friendly.

We were upgraded to a suite upon check in which was wonderful. It was spacious. There was only about 6 Kleenex and enough toilet paper for 4 uses so when we realized in the middle of the night there was no more toilet paper that was frustrating. Then coming home from a concert at 1am our keys didn’t work in the elevator so we had to go to the desk to get them reactivated. So it was an hassle. Other than that the staff was lovely.

Staff were extremely helpful and our unit was clean, spacious and quiet.

Power was out in the morning and the hotel has no generator....

We have stayed here before. It is very convenient for visiting family, and close to local amenities. The hotel was busy. This time we had a smaller room next to the elevator. It wasn’t noisy, but there were a couple furniture issues and we will not choose this room next time. The staff is friendly. There is a restaurant next door which the hotel provides a discount. We like the hotel and will stay again.

Helpful staff, convenient location

Great location for us to ride the Valley Granfondo this morning. Amble parking and a wide assortment of dining options in the immediate area (we chose Moxies for dinner). Room was clean and the (double) bed was comfortable.

Room was clean and in good repair. Layout of furniture could have been improved but overall the experience was adequate for the basic business travel experience I needed.

Clean place, staff pleasant. Smell of marijuana at front desk. Air conditioner did not work and had to have it repaired. The staff corrected the issue for the second night.
