Excellent service

Very clean, comfortable hotel with nice breakfast for purchase. In center of town near cathedral, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Taxis are plentiful right in front. You need taxi to get to alhambra. It is not walkable from hotel. Bus and train stations are about a 10- to 15- minute taxi ride from hotel. Gym was not very good so we found one in town not too far from hotel, but not super close either.

Muy bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, buen buffet de desayuno a buen precio. Me quede en un junior suite con mi esposo y mi hijo y el cuarto súper amplio con camas y almohadas muy comodas tambien. Nos volveríamos q quedar :)

A great place to experience Granada

Very Difficult to get to the hotel and difficult parking

Location was excellent

Breakfast was fresh, lots of variety and great service. Need to order by time as size of cafe is limited, but well-worth cost.

This hotel was very clean and beautiful, and it did not have any kind of strange smells. The only issue we had was we reserve two bedrooms and two bathrooms and one of the bedrooms had a handicap bathroom that was unable to be used for a shower because you had to sit down and not get any water other than right where you were sitting on the chair and so we were unable to use it.
