The property was very clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, several maintenance and security issues detracted from our stay. One of the three rooms I reserved had a door that would not close properly for the duration of our visit, creating a legitimate security concern. Although the issue was reported, we were never offered the option to change rooms. Other issues included very slow-draining sinks and showers, never receiving the Wi-Fi password, and difficulty exiting the parking garage because the parking ticket repeatedly failed to scan. The in-room safe was also problematic. It required a key to lock and unlock, but no key was provided. Even more concerning, the safe was not secured to the room and could easily have been removed, making it ineffective for protecting valuables. The hotel has the potential to provide a great experience given its cleanliness and courteous staff, but these maintenance and operational issues need to be addressed to meet guests’ reasonable expectations.

we were first given a room with bad smell , after going out for lunch after check in the keys didn't work, so I asked for a change due to the smell, distance from the entrance and the multiple elevators that need to be used to access it, the room was changed to a handicap room that was not comfortable at all but at least need one elevator, The first night at 12:18 someone opened the door while we were sleeping, I approached the front desk asking for explanation how a stranger can access the room in the middle of the night and who was it, had to go back to ask the result and they said it was service being asked to clean another room and mistakenly just opened our door middle of the night, there was not even an apology, at this point I gave up on them and instead i made sure my door was locked and secured from the inside and again at 12:20 am someone tried to open the door and then started knocking, That was a big red flag for the property, The breakfast was all canned food , even boiled eggs were little sour indicating it the ready made type, The room was clean, amenities are all there but definitely just to checkmark the availability and can not be used, Minibar in the room was free with water, drinks and some nuts,

Perfectly located near the motorway making it easy to access. A short walking distance from hotel to central city.

No sé si fue mala suerte ese día, pero llegamos muy desilusionados con todo lo ocurrido en Granada. Nuestro alojamiento anterior tenía el aire acondicionado averiado, así que nos fuimos y buscamos habitaciones en este hotel. Sin embargo, pocas horas después, ya por la noche, alguna tubería de agua caliente se reventó y el agua terminó entrando en nuestra habitación. Nuestra hija, que es autista, empezó a gritar en plena madrugada debido al estrés de tener que cambiar de habitación. Nos trasladaron a otra habitación, pero como la avería afectaba a las tuberías de agua caliente, tuvimos que bañarnos con agua congelada. La verdad es que no fue nada agradable nuestra estancia en Granada ni en este alojamiento. Fue una experiencia muy frustrante y decepcionante para nuestra familia.

Parking is great and safe and the beds are brilliant this is my 4 times at the hotel and will be back in the future

Fabulous breakfast. Huge choice! Great service too. Staff efficient and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Didn't use the wifi as only needed mobile network but it was available. Room spacious, clean and comfortable. Fairly quiet too. Spacious bathroom. Good choice of lighting. Very comfy and huge bed. Room service good. Restaurant meals tasty and plenty of choice. Ate in hotel restaurant several nights. Stayed 7 nights. Lovely spa and massage. Heated pool quite small but perfect to relax in without needing to book the spa. Plenty of parking.

A modern, large and very comfortable hotel with parking and very good breakfast. The location is a bit out of old town (about 20minutes walk), but that’s why it is very comfortable for driving to the hotel and parking. Family room was very comfortable with big sofa bed for children. Reception was super helpful with all questions and booking taxis and we enjoyed our dinner at the gastro bar. I would stay here again.

Seven night stay for Semana Santa. Fabulous buffet breakfast with huge choice, or order a tortilla of your own choice! Room beautifully clean and spacious.. We had a premium deluxe kingsize room. It had a coffee machine aswell as kettle etc. Parking was 15€ per night extra, included a windscreen wash. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Very pleased overall and have become a club member so will definitely be back. Food in restaurant delicious.... and tbe Mocktails too.

Room was good. Safe did not work. 2 lights had to be fixed as burnt out in bathroom. Housekeeping should have caught that so they were replaced before we got there
