Emerald Lake Lodge is a magical place. We couldn’t have asked for anything more beautiful, more relaxing, and any better customer service. Keep up the great work you guys were fabulous.

This is luxury at its finest staying at the point cabin at Emerald lake lodge. It is our favorite stay of all time! Staff is friendly and food is excellent. Highly recommend!!

Besides the spectacular view, the bathroom amenities are first clasd.

Good property. Don’t think it has AC but didn’t matter to us.

Spectacular views to explore and unplug. It was a lot of fun to light a wood fire and enjoy the cracking while relaxing.

Beautiful stay at Emerald Lake lodge. The canoeing on the lake was magical and our dinner was so beautiful and delicious. Can’t wait to come back.

We loved our stay at Emerald Lake Lodge. Our room was clean and we enjoyed sitting on our deck with a great view of the lake. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

I like its location but room is terrible. Sewage is blocked, door keys stuck and hardly unlocked or locked the door Construction was during our stay right front entrance cabin, this is safety concerns

First, the scenery is as good as it gets. The staff are all very pleasant and accommodating. The restaurant is excellent. Breakfast buffet was good and dinner was real fine dining in a relaxed atmosphere. The room was a bit dated or should I say rustic. For example the deck was not well maintained with peeling paint and dirty. The bathroom was adequate but not high end. Biggest complaint was housekeeping did not show 4 days out of our 8 day stay. Fortunately we are pretty neat to begin with so it was not a major impact. I called the first day and received a delivery of clean towels. After that it became more of an imposition to have to call so we accepted it for what it was. I know the rest of the staff were all really hard working young people from around the globe so their housekeeping may have been overwhelmed.

Room assigned was located at end of park which was perfect for less utv activity. Beautiful view and comfortable room. Loved the balcony. Staff did their best with the limited resources they had to work with-i.e. shuttle services. Dinner at the Mount Burgess Dining room was an excellent experience both in our menu and view!

Amazing place to stay, moved into my top place I have ever stayed in (up from Many Glacier Hotel in Glacier National Park!). Highly recommend, beautiful property, service was exceptional, and it was wonderful after the influx of crowds left at night. We are going back and can’t wait!

We did not get the panoramic view room which we had paid for.it is very sad we should.have booked it directly then they said we could have.

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Emerald Lake lodge! It was an absolutely wonderful stay! The property is gorgeous, breakfast buffet is very good and its in a great location!

Fabulous location on Emerald Lake and a comfortable room. Most personnel friendly and welcoming but unfortunately not the case with all. Sauna is a nice facility but needs a more efficient heater as takes ages to reach a decent temperature.

Stunning views, and very quiet

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The scenery was breathtaking, with stunning mountain views and the lake creating such a relaxing atmosphere. Perfect place to disconnect, unwind, and enjoy nature.
