The service staff is not friendly at all. I asked for a soft blanket or a sheet and they told me they didn't have any. They only seem to focus on groups of skiers.

Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Nice buffet breakfast. On site parking but be careful as this is not free.

Bedrooms small, dirty dilapidated, bed sinks not comfy , sink too small and poor drainage, sheets stained no cleaning unless asked , breakfast cutlery not very clean

We stayed here only for one night. The room was slightly cramped for the four of us, two on regular beds and two on a sofa bed that was not too comfortable. Other than that, the room was clean and well equipped. We appreciated the hotel's location within walking distance from the city center. The buffet breakfast was a treat, with a great choice of tasty food. The parking is not free; it has to be paid separately.

It was a good place but service at the front desk was slow as no one was at the desk most of the time and you had to ring a bell then wait. They also charge for parking now. They just started about 2 months ago and it's an automated system with cameras that read your licence plat when you enter, then when you leave you must pay at the kiosk in the entrance. The restaurant was closed on Sunday, the day we arrived, but the breakfast wa very good on Monday morning.

Walkable to the ski area which was a priority for me. Offered a good breakfast as well.

Loved the location and the property. So welcoming. Public areas were comfortable with every room a fabulous view of the ocean.

This hotel has a very nice breakfast. It is walkable to the bus and train stations. If you are looking for upscale this is not the place, but it is definitely adequate.

Wonderful stay

The breakfast was nice and the staff friendly and helpful. The facility is large with very long corridors and no elevator from what we could tell. A bit tired and strange/moldy smell in corridors.

It might not look far from the station on the map, but it is quite a climb and the taxi cost £13. I was put in the room farthest from reception. Evening meal, the website showed a nice looking plate and as it was so far into town I decided to eat in. The menu was amazing, there was a choice of five or six different additions and dressings you could add to the only item on the menu, a hamburger. Having said that it was OK. Hotel web page mentions Fjord view. No.

This is more less a motel for a quick stay. We stayed one night, staff was great, plenty of parking, we had a family size room which was large but in need of a fresh coat of paint. Breakfast was tasty.

Nice big room and comfortable. Presentation, variety and quality of breakfast was excellent. Chef and early morning reception was friendly and obliging. The only issue for us was the amount of dogs staying at the hotel and that one decided to bark and then growl at us.

The hotel is very nice, but Expedia over checked me comparing to price on Website. Be careful of the final payment when you book a room online.
