Clean room, was able to enjoy myself in my room without any complaint other than a drunk couple fighting after midnight with her boyfriend Pounding on there hotel room door. Pool she definitely be open to adults till 11 pm as well

Amazing pool and friendly staff

Our room was nice and clean. Our room was above the pool, so it was quite noisy, and the person who cleans the pool at midnight drags the chairs and tables, which woke me up. I never want a room beside the pool again. The dinner theatre was great, though. The restaurant was so slow at Aldos for meals, too. Overall, though, the hotel is a lot nicer inside than outside. We would stay there again!

This hotel has a lot of undesirable people in it most of thrle time. Our power also wrnt out and they wanted to give me a gift cardc to the restaurant however the restaurant food is also undesirable. The staff is friendly tho

Was good. Nothing to comment on. Restaurant is expensive. Enjoyed the dinner theater. Had the pool to ourselves in the morning.

The room was fine. It was clean and met our needs. The pool was over chlorinated where it was difficult to breath. There was vomit on the edge of the pool. The hot tub was un-usable with still water and what looked like slime. The bathroom had unflushed feces and the floor was gross. The water smelled of pee and my kids nearly vomited just being in the room.

Clean spacious rooms, pool was busy as a weekend, could have more frequent cleaning of the pool on busy times. Overall pleasant stay

Room was extremely clean, and was given room upgrade was a great addition. We were staying for our 28th Wedding Anniversary and went to the Dinner Theater.

Nice room, clean and comfortable. Staff were great. TVs need upgrading. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of service

Room was great! Better than expected. Staff was nice. Unfortunately there was two fights in the hall about 2am and some guy coughing and spitting on the floor around 3.

Noise level was loud with guests running in the halls and banging on doors until after midnight. Each time the issue was brought to staff’s attention it was addressed. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean.
