Newly renovated and clean, the staff are very friendly. The only reason for a 4 star was the heat wouldn’t turn off even when the thermostat was off so it got very warm when the air conditioner was turned off. Great place to stay very happy

An older place to stay with a variety of room options. Creaky floors and thin walls in the older section. Good value for the rate.

It’s an excellent place to stay. The breakfast is very good. Close to the casino closed all the restaurants. Staff is really nice to clean. The rooms were clean.

Room is newly renovated and clean. Very convenient and 1 min away from the magnetic hill. Breakfast is good! I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a budget friendly, family friendly and practical stay.

Updated bathrooms but the entire room needs a refresh. The exterior “patio” was not usable. Breakfast had good variety but needs to be set up more efficiently and is not really very accessible for elders with walker/cane. Staff was helpful location close to Magnetic Hill but about 15-20 from downtown.

The room was very clean and the staff were excellent. I rated it as a 4 just for the reason that the bed was a bit too hard to my liking. Other than that it was great including breakfast.

Clean rooms, had all the shower amenities, lots of clean towels with nice reliable beds. I did not interact much with the hotel beyond my room, but I was satisifed with the room with no complaints.

Decent enough for a low-cost short stay. However, the walls are paper-thin and everything from adjoining rooms can be heard (conversations, televisions, etc), so if you're a light sleeper, this place would be a bad choice.

Breakfast was great. Room was clean. It's a motel turned into hotel.

1.The rooms have old bad\broken furniture 2. The room smell bad 3. no shampoo or body wash when arriving and need to ask for it. 4. No room service cleaning unless you ask for it 5. The food is terrible and not made for humans This is not a hotel as described in the website. It was motel with one star 6. Very loud and noisy

Front staff very friendly and very helpful, let us see the room as we really needed quiet room after long days travel. Gave us end room with no one next door. We stayed 2 nights, very comfortable bed, nice bed linens, lovely dark grey towels with Hotel Moncton embossed in them. Newer full sized tub was nice for soaky bath after kayaking around the Hopewell Rocks. The hot breakfast buffet was really great - scrambled eggs, french toast, sausages one day/ ham the next, hard boiled eggs, baked beans. Fresh croissants, chocolate chip cookies, fresh fruit, yogurts, lovely selection of juices, almond milk (a must for me) also honey for tea ! Good coffee for my husband. Nice setting for the breakfast buffet and restocked hot food very quickly. Quiet location, not beside the highway but easy to find, with lots of selections for restaurants near by. Great value for the price.
