We are very satisfied staying here so far. The room is big enough for our family, 2 adult 2 teens. with 3 televisions, microwave, toaster, stove, even able for baking, it feels like sweet home. The location is strategic, near the convenient store and the tram stop. I would recommend this place to everyone who will stay in Melbourne.

earlier everything was good, until 1 night, out of sudden the microwave & tv were out of service. Thanks to the manager on duty later that day, she was carrying the microwave by herself after it hasn't been fixed. One of the pillowcase is torn, and the mattress were uncomfortable.
