Staff was kind, bed was comfy, tv had a great selection but walls are paper thin and the cleanliness isn’t the best. There was hair in the shower and bobby pins (not mine) under the sink, the in suite jacuzzi as well as the building’s pool/hot tub looked like they haven’t been thoroughly cleaned or descaled in a while - all kinds of little floaters with minimal water circulation and mineral build up around the filters and jets, old towels and trash left around the lounging seats. I didn’t end up using my room jacuzzi because of this; I’d bring a few dishwasher pods if you intend on using it.

It was clean. Hot tub was hot but the pool was way too cold! The specialty coffee machine was delicious!

This was a girls trip and we spent about two hours in the breakfast room going through business. It was awesome. They finally quietly hinted about 10 o’clock that we went and close the doors and we finally took the hint that it was time to go, but the breakfast was delicious and it was nice and quiet and clean, and the rooms were awesome.

I booked 2 rooms. Mine was good but the other room had some issues. The heat did not get above 18 so my daughter and her boyfriend froze all night and did not sleep well. I mentioned the heat issue at check out and he did not seem to care that there was an issue or to offer to rectify it which was disappointing. We also did not have water available in either room.

Room was spotless, staff are friendly, breakfast was great just the way we like it and the great coffee machine with a variety/ selection! It was a great stay!
