Super dingy hotel. When we checked in they checked us into a dirty room, then moved us to a cleaner room. Things were still super rough. Parking is crazy and hard to manage. Quiet time is 10pm which I feel is super late for a kids hotel… kids were screaming and running around until 10pm knocking on doors disturbing everyone. If you have littles who can’t sleep with noise like other crazy kids this is not going to be the place for you! They have windows that show you each court yard which is pretty weird and the lights shine in all night so you don’t get any dark time. Would not recommended this place! Waterpark was nice though, small enough for just a couple hours. Kids have to be 40in tall to really go down any slides but nice small splash pad and wave pool for little. Have to buy ur own towels which is dumb.

There was hair on the wall of the shower and in the tub. There was dust on the phone and side table, the door stopper was missing, the lamp pole was lopsided and was propped up against the wall and the arm chair was used to keep it from falling over. Security was no where to be found to patrol the area and to maintain the courtyard rules of no noise after 10pm. Understandably, that this is a family friendly hotel, however, maybe a section could be for individuals that have older children or no children in order to keep the environment enjoyable for all guests at the hotel.

Staff were fantastic. We were able to check in early with no extra fee. Room was great. Hotel was quiet even though there were plenty of guests. Safe parking for our rental car. Everything was walkable from this location. Highly recommend.

No sheets on one of my beds air conditioning was not working in my room sink had hairs in it from prior guess fridge was dirty inside

I stayed at this hotel for one night 17th may 2026 with my family and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We booked 4 rooms, but none of them had proper air conditioning working. The rooms became extremely uncomfortable, especially for families trying to rest after a long day. The hotel only provided one table fan per room, which was barely enough for one person and did not help much in the heat. For the amount we paid, basic facilities like functioning AC should have been guaranteed. We informed the staff, but the issue was not resolved properly during our stay. It made the entire experience stressful and unpleasant for everyone in our family. I believe this situation was unacceptable and not what was advertised during booking. Due to the inconvenience caused, I would strongly request the hotel management to provide an appropriate refund or compensation for our stay. I hope the hotel improves its maintenance and customer service so future guests do not face the same issue.

No ac, room hot, moldy, dirty and ants everywhere in our room. Left due to disgusting conditions!

The staff were wonderful, clean room, great time for a young family. We will be back!

There was no A/C throughout the building on the day we arrived. The staff ensured that we were relocated to their sister-hotel as an alternate accommodation. It was a smooth and stream-lined process. Everyone was plessant and accommodating. Excellent service.

No AC, bedsheets were dirty and tub was filthy, phone was disgusting/sticky and food built on the wire, staff came off stand offish

This hotel did not have their AC switched over, was fully aware of it, and did not notify us of this at all. In fact after spending 20 minutes fiddling with the thermostat I made a call to the front desk and was then told that the A/C was inoperable. Keep in mind this is Victoria Day long weekend, people staying here are all families with young children, and it was over 30 degrees celsius. They offered to bring a fan to my room and by the time we got back to the room around 9pm we realized there was no fan delivered. The room was unbearably hot. Our 6 month old was sweating profusely. We ended up sleeping in our car. It was significantly cooler outside than it was in the hotel. When I complained to the hotel they told me that they could offer a 50% discount. Had they at least notified us of what was happening we could've made arrangements to purchase a fan of our own and be better prepared. Will not stay here again. It's obvious this hotel does not care about its patrons and will do what it can to profit off of people.

Mattresses were nice but the tv only worked intermittently, the shower curtain rod was partially broken so the curtain would not stay closed, the shower head was also partially broken and would not stay pointed in one direction and if the neighboring room is speaking above a normal tone you will hear every word. Staff was very nice and cleaning staff was amazing
