Very remote, no sandy beach around and facilities are suboptimal. Definitely not 4 star stay.

This is a truly beautiful hotel with stunning surroundings and a wonderful atmosphere in many respects. A special mention must go to the General Manager, who was exceptionally personable and genuinely invested in ensuring guests had a great experience. As does Damian at reception. Unfortunately, our experience around the pool was a huge disappointment. I've never stayed at a hotel where there appeared to be so few rules or so little enforcement of them for children. The pool area was regularly chaotic, with children jumping, shouting, splashing other guests, and generally treating it as if there were no boundaries. Many parents seemed completely uninterested in supervising their children's behaviour. Equally disappointing was the lifeguard, who had little to no authority. Despite the disruption, there was no attempt to enforce even basic pool etiquette or ensure all guests could enjoy the facilities safely and peacefully. It's such a shame because the hotel itself is fantastic, but if you're travelling as a couple or looking for a relaxing break without children, I would think twice before booking. Families with young children will probably love it, but those seeking a peaceful holiday may find the pool area frustrating and far from the tranquil experience the rest of the hotel promises.

Lovely accommodation and nice spacious room. Staff great and everything clean and well maintained. Great breakfast. Few things to note - property on a hillside so be prepared for big hills. Also, rather isolated so very few evening options so prepare for bus/taxis.

Beautiful hotel. Very spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast had a lot of variety and everything was good. I would stay here again.

Furniture in the room needs refurbishment but is fine for a stay! Hotel is beautiful and surrounded by nice gardens and sea view! Breakfast was really good! Overall would come back and recommend! Has a nice padel court!

The staff were great and helpful, we received an upgrade to our room, the hotel is located in a lovely serene location. We hired a car during our stay as the location is not central, the breakfast and dinner buffet was great however the only critism was that drinks at dinner time was not included, you have to pay for each drink including water and they do not provide teas or coffees in the rooms only 2 small bottles of water on arrival. Drinks during breakfast are included. We quickly found a way around this so we stucked up on teas coffees and water by ourselves.

Rooms are very spacious with huge beds and powerful showers. The resort is incredibly hilly and whilst they have buggies to ferry you around if you have limited mobility you will find it difficult. Breakfast was a bit average in our opinion.

Very cozy and atmospheric place for a vacation. Beaches are easily reachable if you travel by car (by the way, parking near the hotel was free). The breakfast and dinner buffet was not very big, but offered a great selection and quality of food. The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. The spacious room included a kettle, fridge, and even a washing machine.

AC unit was hardly cooling the room due to lack of maintenance

Found the room dirty, unpleasant, items broken , shower mouldy , broken items sitting on top of the shower. Didn’t stay checked out within 2 hours, would not give us our money back , was disgusted, considering they charged us 340 euro a night. Would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The rooms are very comfortable, but ours could have benefitted from some better storage i.e. drawers

El sitio es espectacular, un pueblo con mucho encanto, habitaciones espaciosas y la vista Mar simplemente breathtaking. Sin embargo le faltan muchos detalles para estar a la altura de lo que pagas y de lo que debería ser un Barceló. Cena bastante pobre en cuanto a calidad. Imposible beber cocteles en la piscina porque no tenían ningún por falta de ingredientes o simplemente por no saber hacerlos. La habitación estaba bastante bien pero tiene señales claras de falta de mantenimiento. Cocina, paredes, baños. Esperaba algo más, la location al final te hace valorar todo más de lo que es.

Love it,if you like nice and quiet,This Retro Spanish style village must go.Service Top to bottom perfecto!Staffs all carry smile everywhere u go.Dont expect bar or restaurant near by.its Zero.But u got everything u need inside the resort.Go for half board.Both Buffe breakfasts and Dinner also Good too. Remember get a Seaview Room. 100% will go back.
