Excellent 4 star hotel. Well positioned for public transport to main sites and beyond. Staff were friendly and attentive, service good, rooms and bathrooms very clean. Comfy beds. Great choice at breakfast. The menu in the main Cafe/Bar could be a bit more exciting however, on saying that, a big shout out to Daniel who was so obliging in all aspects. We enjoyed our stay.

Pool closes too early at 9 a.m. It would be nice to have it open for a couple more hours.

Really good hotel, clean, quiet, spacious and everything you could possibly want for breakfast. The only downside is the distance from the centre, a good 30 mins walk or more depending on where you are going. If, like us, you are staying in Seville during a heatwave it's not fun to walk that far in the heat.

Really well located with a short tram ride into the center of Seville. The pool is a great addition when you need to come back and relax after a very hot day sightseeing. The cleaners were really friendly and nothing was too much effort. Very accommodating.

The property has a very nice staff but not doorbell service . The breakfast is very good to start the day. Location is very close to plaza de españa and to accecible to downtonw by bus, metrorail, etc

Excellent location next to trams, buses and metro station. Close enough to walk to city centre attractions and Plaza de Espana. Lovely large, clean, modern, quiet, cosy room and huge bed. Nice, relaxed pool area, pool water is freezing cold though! Good, varied breakfast, catered for partner's gluten allergy. Relaxed bar area. Perfect stay.

Good public transport very near by trams and metro. Hotel were so helpful supplied us with a kettle as we got fed up trying to make a cup of tea using the coffee machine. Very clean and good selection at breakfast time. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel with large bed and nice buffet breakfast. The room and guest areas are very clean. It’s about a 20 minute walk from the hotel into the centre of Seville. Overall a very nice stay

Excellent! location is perfect for public transportation as the hotel is located right across the street from the metro (subway) line and the bus stations. Please note that this hotel itself is not close to where all the major attractions are so pick We booked the smallest the room. The room is on the small side but that is to be expected. The mattress and the bedding are all high quality. Staff is friendly, helped with the luggage store professionally.

Hotel is definitely a catfish. Tiny rooms and very old, not very well maintained. Good location but definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff and a good choice at breakfast. Pool on the small side and in the shade a lot of the time.

We were overall very impressed with the hotel. We stayed in the junior suit and it was very spacious for us as a family of 4 (2 adults, 1 child and baby). It was clean, staff were friendly, there was a descent variety for breakfast and the location was great.
