Great room, spacious, clean. Would stay again.

This is a nice hotel (4stars) but it does not reach the qualifications of a 5 or even 4.5 star hotel. One elevator to serve both mid-floor level offices, hotel guests, and a gym club is not good. Guests must often wait approximately 10 minutes to catch an elevator. Daily maid service was okay but bathroom cleanliness and bed making were only average. Overall, this is a decent hotel put in the midst of commercial offices and their daytime workers. Because of all these drawbacks, the Auberge should be a third cheaper than nearby downtown hotels - but it’s not.

This hotel is really well situated, 2 blocks from Waterfront and very close to Waterfront station for the sky train to and from the airport. It is not a conventional hotel, more like apartments, with separate bedroom and living room with kitchenette, but cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. The reception staff seem to have limited involvement with guests, more administrative than usual in a hotel but it works fine. Great location and lovely rooms/apartments.

The hotel is right in downtown so it’s close to everything.The staff are very friendly & helpful.The rooms are of a nice size & the decor is lovely.Loved having a walk in shower instead of one in a bathtub.The hotel is very clean & would definitely stay there again.

Another great stay. We booked a room for after our cruise. The wonderful staff remembered us from our previous stay and let us check in early so we didn’t have to wait around with our luggage. Hotel is modern and clean. Can’t recommend this hotel enough.

We love the transfer of our luggage directly from the hotel to the boat!

Overall, it is a fine hotel. We booked the Harbor view suite after seeing the beautiful photos that is shown on their website. When we checked in, we got a harbor view suite but the layout was totally different. When asked why the layout was different than what is shown on the website, we were told ours had the better layout. To be honest, I don't think that's true or why would the hotel not illustrate the better one on their website instead. Little bit disappointed as I booked this particular suite based on what I saw on the website as I think it does have a better layout and viewing angle of the harbor than what we were assigned. However, the suite is fine itself so can't really complain. Hotel location is great and close to the cruise terminal. We stayed here for serveral nights prior to our cruise and very convenient to walk around or use the city transit system to visit different places.

Room was very clean and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The Hotel staff were excellent we did not realise how close the major attractions were to the Hotel all within walking distance if physically fit. The staff advised us on free buses and where to catch them. Our room was a suite which had great views of Canada Place and when we came back our suite was a city view which was superb. The rooms were spacious and clean. The shops nearby have everything however Urban Fare was great for food, just around the corner was Blenz for the best coffee. We found Steamworks Brewing Co. lovely for a meal. A brilliant hotel 5 minutes walk from Canada Place.

Lobby without any restrooms or coffee & water. No restaurants or bar within hotel. Gym and pool are owned and run by separate company so operate on own hours. We arrived during three day holidays so they weren’t in operation for use.

Check in was okay. Not a welcoming greeting. Very cold personality. Room was ok. For a night prior to a cruise, it was ok. Convenient to cruise terminal. Shopping nearby. Great location. Nothing special about property. If you can get it for a good rate then well worth it.

Couldn’t be more perfect location for before or after an Alaskan cruise.

Great location near excellent restaurants and the cruise terminal. Easy drive to Stanley Park, Grouse Mountain and the Capilano Suspension Bridge. Absolutely wonderful staff (special shout-out to Logi), housekeeping, etc. Clean room, nice view, swimming pool (awesome), and on-site parking (for a fee). The only drawback was the slightly too-firm bed. We slept fine, for the most part, but the bed was quite firm. Definitely recommend.
