This is second stay at this property in a very short time. The beds are so comfortable and the property is clean. They are renovating the second floor although besides the boxes you see stacked up in the lobby area you would hardly know it as they don’t do repairs into the evening or overnight. The pool was smaller but clean and the kids loved that. The breakfast is a basic continental but well stocked and clean with ample seating. The staff were super friendly. Thank you.

Our room was freshly renovated, clean and comfortable. Front counter staff were nice, helpful and friendly. We were disappointed in the condition of the dining area at breakfast time. People left such a mess. The food was not replenished routinely.

Excellent customer service by staff

There's lots of parking, the place is clean and well maintained and quiet despite rooms being renovated. Have stayed several times and will definitely stay again.

Hotel was under construction. Major renovations going on rather loud during the day but understandable a whole lot of upgrades to come. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating overall experience was great!

Overall the service was okay, but the staff member didn’t seem very welcoming. A friendly smile and a more professional attitude would improve the customer experience.

It was perfectly reasonable and easy to book last minute. Staff were friendly, room was clean, hotel was quiet, there were some renovations happening but that didn't interfere with anything other than the elevator was accessing the 2nd floor. No big deal.

Our stay was excellent, we used the hotel as a place to lay our heads during a family members hospital stay.

It’s being renovated, can’t use certain stairs, and there was a lot dirty and dust around

It was a great hotel. It’s just under construction at the time, but that was no problem. It was still great.

Rooms are being given a remodel. They are clean with comfortable beds and spotless washrooms.

Arrived @1:40 am after several delayed flights and we were awakened at 8 am by construction in the hotel, that we were not made aware of. Functioning on not much more than 4 hours sleep we went down to get some breakfast. There wasn’t much for choice, cereal, toast, bagels and yogourt. There was no decaf coffee and just water in the apple and orange juice machine.

Stall very helpful and pleasant.
