We loved our stay! The hotel is itself a piece of history, spacious and comfortable. The beds were nice, the breeze from our window was lovely. Visby’s attractions (like the museum, botanical gardens, domkyrka and ruins) were all within walking distance. We enjoyed the healthy and delicious breakfast every morning. We enjoyed the pool. We had dinner at the hotel one night—the salmon was delicious! Make sure to try the lemon cream pie drink if you like lemon pie and mixed drinks!

It was not clear how to make sure the room would be cleaned each day. Two days our room was not cleaned due to missing or wrong information provided by the hotel.

The hotel was very nice, in a quiet area and conveniently situated. The staff was great and breakfast was fabulous. I gained some weight. Parking is available for only 10 cars and EV stations are few, with some out-of-order. Regardless, I would highly recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in Visby.

The bartender and bar was excellent

To not include breakfast and charge 240 SEK for it is not OK. I eat a sandwich, egg and have a cup of tea. The 240 SEK must be calculated from a person who eats of everything that exists on buffet. Go back to include it or lower the price.

Fint gammalt hotell, men lite slitet. Trist badkar och äcklig toaborste som vi fick be dem byta. Sköna sängar och effektiv AC. God stor frukost. Pool kan bokas mot extra avgift.

Det var jättebra. Särkilt uppskattade vi den extra frukostmatsalen i A-huset

The room was not well cleaned in the bathroom, very unhygienic. The toilet flush almost didn’t work at all. It was not a dubble bed, it was two separate beds put together. Not nice for a couple to sleep in.
