On site restaurant food was good. Hotel is walking distance to Macroplaza, museums, and Paseo Santa Lucia.

Mui poco amables la abotacion no contaba con aire acondicionado esta en la pared estava despegado se filtrava mucho el frio no tube que pedir cobijas i toallas para el bano que no abia el personal poco am able te be den desalluno pero es un engano para bender su polio desalluno por que nada mas tedan cafe un poco de yougourt i un poco de fruits que eso no ex desalluno

It smelled like drainage all the time and There was no iron in the room I have to call to the receptionist to ask for one.

The room was not properly cleaned. Also, water pressure was low. The AC is not temperature-controlled. Either turn off or on. I am not staying there anymore.

Great as always! My go to hotel everytime I visit Monterrey.

It was fine but the Ac until didn’t really work and it made a noise all night long. We had to leave a day earlier because we couldn’t stand it anymore.

The property had bedbugs.

Firstly the staff are super friendly and helpful, however the hotel has three major flaws; 1) the air-conditioning is old and as loud as a jet engine, so you can't hear anything or or make calls while it is on, 2) the worst quality/speed internet I've every experienced, you basically sign into a hotspot and it's unsecure, and it drops off and you will end up trying to sign in 100 times a day, again no streaming or video calls, 3) it is listed as having a gym but every single piece of equipment is from the dump/trash and broken and doesn't work. The only thing in the gym not broken were four solatary dumbbells.

Very helpful staff. The restaurant, front desk, and clening employees are always willing to help and make you feel welcomed.

great central location for ubering. close to barrio antiguo but not too close. great market shopping all around. parking a bit tight with a half ton truck. seemed perfectly safe. food options very limited, yogurt and bread, but a full menu is available n cheap. beds were ok, probably shouldve asked for more pillows.
