The room was always clean and the beds made. The staff from the cleaners to the receptionists and valet were always super friendly.

Very spacious and comfortable room. The location is superb -- it's only a few steps away from the cathedral. There was no need to use the car since most attractions are within walking distance.

No heating on all the hotel … No keys for the rooms. You need to ask the receptionist to open the door every time you want to go in your room. Ridiculous
