Front desk staff wonderful. Entrance and ground level immaculate. Breakfast great. Room probably needed an update. Gutted we travelled such a long way (UK), checked in late and couldn't used the pool etc the next morning as closed.

Wonderful hotel in good location

They are two different buildings. One for sleeping and the other for everything else. Very strange since you have to walk through town, 1 block, to get to the main lobby.

Centrally located. Good breakfast. Only stayed one night on our way to Norway.

Second time we stay here good location in center of town

Our room was located in the basement of the annex building. Stinky small room. Comfortable bed, good breakfast.

Enjoyed it. Some construction work in the morning but did not bother us to much.

The hotel has a nice spa. The rooms are small and clean, but the rooms are not noice isolated in between rooms, so you can hear what is happening in the neighbor room. This is not ideal, so try to get a room which is isolated.

We were put in a building that had no staff, very dim hall lighting, a nonworking elevator, no closet, no desk, no table, no nightstand, a 6 inch triangular sink, towel for one when there were 2 of us, & bedding that only covered half the width of the bed. Free parking was 2 blocks away, on a hill. What are they thinking??? Nowhere to set our things, couldn't hand wash anything, creepy hallway.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was small but clean. The restroom had a bad odor coming from the sink.

Rommet var fint og rent og frokosten var god👍 Gode egg med reker, dill og majones og lingondrikk. Hyggelig dame i resepsjonen. Eneste trekk var at det manglet poser i søppelkurven på rommet og på badet og vi orket ikke si ifra. Ellers kan jeg anbefale Scandic Arvika👍

Overnattet med et familiemedlem (ikke partner) og ut fra beskrivelsen på rommet skulle det være to senger Det viste seg å være dobbeltseng, helt greit, men den stod under et meget lavt skråtak. Fikk ikke byttet rom fordi det var fullt, det er forståelig, men veldig kjedelig. Nevnte rom burde ikke vært et dobbeltrom i det hele tatt. Ellers greit hotell. Langt fra rom til resepsjon, ble mye trappevandring da det å ta heis var som å finne frem i en labyrint.

Fin frukost. Rymlig modern relaxavdelning. Bodde i annexet i pyttelitet rum som var lite lyhört.

Sentralt beliggenhet i koselige Arvika. Hyggelig personale, god frokost og velfungerende treningsrom. Kan anbefales.
