Thé breakfast was horrible and the room was not big enough for the amount of guests . We only ate there the first morning.

Booked through Expedia, water park pass deal not applicable. That’s not made very clear on the listing. During check out time, the elevator was under maintenance. No signs to indicate that, everyone stood at the elevator for it to not be in service. The continental breakfast is so small and barely any choices. Only protein offered was hard boiled eggs. Conveniently across the street from the mall, sure, but I’d splurge and stay at Fantasyland across the way who at least gives you 40% off water park passes and amusement park passes. Good enough to stay at I guess if you don’t need a pool or breakfast.

Enjoyed our stay, there was new laminate floor, the room was very clean good working air-conditioner and housekeeping staff were good. Would definitely stay again only wish rooms had a microwave in them. They do have fridge. The one negative is the breakfast room is no where big enough for the size of hotel lots of people just took breakfast back to their rooms, and nothing like pancakes or anything else hot just toast, bagels muffins and cereal, we choose it because right across from mall .

Great location. Breakfast was not the best, rooms aren’t soundproof you can hear everything, and there is no microwaves in the room. Cleaning staff are very loud in the morning.

Easy access to WEM

The room itself was clean and main areas, but it could use some reno’s as it is dated

The iron was absolutely horrific.

When I booked the rooms it appeared that there was water slides available at the hotel. The picture on the Expedia booking site has a picture of water slides. There was but only for a large fee. I only booked the rooms there cause I thought the water park was included. There was no microwave to warm up food or drinks in the room. The worker behind the desk when we checked in had way too much cologne on where you can smell it throughout the whole lobby.

When we arrived, the staff saw us struggling and didn’t offer to help. As soon as we entered the room, there was a dirty towel by the door and two additional towels under the sink. The glasses were dirty with smudges, the shower curtain/wall was covered in hair…. The only great thing about the room itself was the beds were made with clean sheets. Also someone left their dirty underwear

It was dirty everywhere, the shower had no pressure, the tap was rusting shut, it definitely wasn’t worth the money. It is across from the mall so they can charge whatever they want!

While the room smelled clean, the floor felt gritty and the bathroom had hair on the ceiling. Front desk staff where rarely present, always in a back room. The wifi was unusable on our phones. It was so slow, we could not google cast to the TV, which was the only way to watch shows. Breakfast was disorganized and did not meet the expectations for the price of this location. The only benefit was location. Would not stay here again.

It was OK at best. Parking for maybe 25 vehicles, underground parking is too small for a truck, rooms were clean but minimalistic. The biggest issue was the noise. It was EVERYWHERE. Throughout the evening and night. The staff seemed content to do absolutely nothing about it. Its simply not worth saving a few bucks.

Great stay at the WEM Inn. Third time and each experience was easy and clean. Best location and great value for what you get.

This property was not very clean. The first thing I did was go buy cleaning products so I could clean the bathroom. I was very disappointed. Also, they charge for parking, and the parking is a very tight fit and crowded. And the staff we dealt with couldn't fi d our reservation, and kept leaving to fo deal with other guests while being very rude about the fact that our reservation wasn't there. He eventually found it and still tried to make it sound like it was our fault he couldn't find. I was not impressed at all with our stay there.

There was a misunderstanding at first regarding early check-in however it did get resolved quickly. Also, this isn't really the hotels fault but the people above were very noisy. They walked hard. Other than that the hotel is conveniently located right across the mall which made it easy for us to go back and forth. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is across the street from the mall. It was a great location and the room was great. Breakfast wasn't much and it's a really small area so you need to be there early to get a seat.
