We had a wonderful stay! The property manager was incredibly accommodating and did everything he could to meet our needs throughout our visit. He and his wife went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, relaxing, and truly memorable. We booked for a total of six rooms. The hotel remained open at night, making it easy for us to explore the beautiful Blue Water Bridge in Point Edward during the evening. During the day, we enjoyed spending time at Canatara Beach, and the flexible late check-in made our arrival smooth and hassle-free. We truly appreciated the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and will definitely book here again!

For a quick overnight stop, the price was great.

I had to switch some of the light bulbs around. One fixture was burnt out completely and another had a bulb that would rapidly blink. Check in was easy and convenient. Good option on a tight budget.

This is a sad and unloved hotel who is well past its prime. I was very uncomfortable staying here and do not recommend it.

There was an odd smell upon entering the room, things seemed surface level clean however you could tell the bathroom especially could've been cleaner and there was some mold and mildew in the shower. If I would've paid anymore for the room I would've been upset but you get what you pay for.

It’s evident this is an older building. The carpeted staircase and hallways were outdated, stained, and smelled bad. The air when you first walk into the building was musky and stale. The rooms had a $250 deposit which felt astronomical compared to the $80 prepaid price I paid for the room. The room itself had an odd layout with both a full size fridge and a mini fridge, a strange counter with a deep tub sink and sprayer in the room itself; though was not a kitchenette by any means. There was a jetted tub in the bathroom but I did not utilize it. The jets looked dirty and I was grossed out at the thought of what would jet out into the water. The tub was missing a handle. I used the shower. The water pressure was very weak and the water temperature was horribly inconsistent. I just dealt with it as I only had a one night stay. Positives were that the hotel was located minutes away from the Blue Water Bridge, and was mildly convenient to several restaurants and parks. This was probably a one time stay venue for me as there were more up to date options in the area which would have made the experience more relaxing.

The room was large with a full size fridge and a comfortable bed. Staff, when you could find them, were friendly and helpful, but there was no-one at the front desk most of the time. I liked the cafe attched. Some renovations had been done, like flooring and tiling, but the bathroom fixtures were old and just functional. Cleaning could have been done better.

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and the price for what we got was honestly fantastic. Very simple front desk process. My only "complaints" I guess would be the lack of coffee in the main lobby in the morning. There is coffee provided in the room but there wasn't any creamer or sugar. Otherwise, I give this Hotel 5 stars!

We had a great stay the room was very clean and check in was quick and easy thank you so much for the free upgrade we really appreciated it the front desk staff was very friendly helpful and made us feel welcome the room had excellent air conditioning and stayed nice and cold which made our stay even more comfortable great price for the service we received we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel

Room was dirty. Housekeeping didn’t even change the bedsheet we have to request a new one because of the make up marks.. tried using the jacuzzi but when i turned it on, black stuffs from vent came out. Did not even used it.

The front desk staff was really helpful and did their best to check everyone in as quickly as possible, even though they were busy. Our room was very nice, clean, and perfectly cold with the air conditioning, which we loved. For the price and the service you get, this place is definitely worth it. We would definitely recommend staying here.
