The staff and pool were great, but the beds could always be more comfortable.

Excellent, family-friendly hotel! The pool and water slide were very appreciated on the hot summer days. The suite was cool (thanks, AC!) and fully equipped. The second bathroom was a nice touch. We will definitely stay here again, next time we go to Drumheller!

Got there at 4pm. Room was not ready, said come back in 45 mins. Came back and room still wasn’t ready, finally got the room at 5:45pm Property is old and run down. Breakfast was average

The room was clean the pool was clean? The towels were skimpy and limited. Breakfast was good

The room was clean and fresh. The staff was accommodating to any requests. We enjoyed the breakfast a good selection of food

Breakfast was good but crammed. The hot tub wasn't working the first night, and the 2nd evening it was packed so never got in. Our room was clean but musty smelling...which we discovered was coming from the air conditioner so we just left the air off and kept the window opened. Our double queen room was much smaller than anticipated so very crammed but the beds were quite comfy. Overall if I stayed again I would try for a bigger room.

The breakfast which was included was very good with lots of selection

Unfortunately this had to be the worst stay we ever had at a hotel. First for 380 a night you would expect a clean room. Nope. Smelled moldy when you walked in. Then the room was hot as hell as the air was shut off. When we went to turn air on we had to shut off as right out side the window was the siting area for people to site and smoke. Then the bathroom. There was mold on the ceiling and brown spots along with mold on the bathroom overflow drain. The caulking on the floor was moldy and cracked and wet when we arrived. Toilet wouldnt flush unless you held handle until empty. Went to front desk and asked for different room they said no they were booked. Well when at front desk there was 3 or 4 other people with similar complaints about toilets or air units not working or toilets over flowing as no pressure to move things. Then we decided to go to pool. Water was cold and we weren't the only ones to say. Kids were shivering after 10 min. Hot tub was Luke warm and didn't function properly. Then next morning as we were leaving for day seen cleaning staff starting to.clean so we put our towels and such in tub as they ask to make things easier. Came back after a day out they didn't even go to the room. No new towels no garbage clean up no nothing. Went to front desk told them and they said would you.like towels. Honestly for what we paid and for what we got id stay anywhere else but here.

The bed was extremely noisy and it made it hard to sleep. The curtains also didn’t close all the way so trying to get kiddos to go to bed was harder than it had to be. Don’t worth how much money I paid that’s forsure

Kids liked the pool and slide. Room was small. Breakfast was good.

Very nice hotel, clean rooms. The staff was amazing, very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

We got a 2 queen bed room. Beds were actually double beds and very uncomfortable

Photos of the property suggest that the rooms are above ground, however we ended up in a mainfloor room with exterior access (motel vibe). Might be helpful for families wanting direct access to their vehicle, however it means you hear every sound in the parking lot, including the garbage truck. Pool water was dirty (dead flies, hair, string etc.) and the towels we received from the front desk were worn (hole in one) and smaller than a normal bath towel. Bathroom had stains/mold on the ceiling, stains on carpet and mattress has seen better days. Breakfast was great. Good selection, warm food and fresh pancakes. Overall, it's hard to justify the $300+ a night rate......

Friendly staff

I tried to check in 3x over 4hrs, and my room was never ready, I ended up waiting 40min at 8pm for my room. Some guests could check in right away, other guests like me had to wait hours, unsure why. Toilet in our room couldn't flush, maintenance said it needed a new part, but it wouldn't come for a few days. We had to ask for a bucket to fill the tank so we could flush. No discount, or apologies were given. I recognize that cleaning crew was understaffed, and the hotel was booked full, but waiting 4+hrs is unacceptable.

Hotel is old and dated, but is kept quite clean in the common areas. Unfortunately our room had a somewhat unpleasant odor, most likely from the air conditioner that was on most of the time due to the heat outside. Our sink had not been cleaned as there were dried soap and toothpaste marks on the top portion of it, and a few hairs on the back of the toilet that wasn't ours. Tried the breakfast once and although we were there shortly after 9am, and breakfast was served until 10am, we were advised that they had run out of coffee? Not sure how that happens but we were given coffee pods and told we would have to make coffee in our room as there was no machine in the breakfast room. Also not a lot of bread and other options left, or any fruit, etc. Unfortunately there is not a lot of choice for hotels in Drumheller, so we made it work. Does the job if you need a place to stay. And the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Shout out to the front staff (I believe his name was Ken). The day we checked in - it seemed like everything was going wrong that day but the staff remained professional and tried to accommodate everyone.

Clean, good breakfast, friendly staff. The kids loved the pool. Would stay here again!
