Staffs were very friendly and polite. Ask for anything and it will arrive in minutes! The ground is absolutely beautiful and you can take a stroll to relax anywhere. Highly recommended. Just a note that the wifi is not the best and can use some upgrades.

Amazing all round experience ; lovely property ; great staff ; good food

The Michelin star restaurant was amazing! What a fantastic dining experience. We stayed in a cottage which was so comfortable and luxurious. The spa was top notch!!

I would give every aspect of this delightful hotel a top rating, from the lovely staff to the quality of all facilities and the wonderful location. I spend a night here and used the spa, which is also excellent. The food in the restaurant was exquisite. If you have limited time and want a restful break, this is the place to come!

We keep returning because this hotel is such a gem. Beautiful location and grounds, superb facilities. Food is just delicious, the rooms are very spacious, quiet and very comfortable beds. A complete favourite.

All the staff were very attentive and friendly especially Daniel and Ned. The food was excellent and pool was very relaxing along with our walk around the gardens.

The property is absolutely gorgeous! It blew me away! It’s so much more beautiful in person than on pictures! The staff were super friendly! The food was so good! I loved the pool area, it had 5 different type of saunas! It was so relaxing! Good place to take the kids))

Wonderful stay as usual!

Had a lovely stay as a pitstop on our way over to Devon & Cornwall. The staff here is generally friendly and helpful. The facilities are kept clean and the grounds are well maintained. Enjoyed the spa during family hours, too.

Amazing food experience and staff were very friendly on the whole. Tea tray in room was not replenished and my requests made prior were not all followed through. Enjoyable but didn't quite hit expectations for the price.

We loved that the hotel is upscale but also kid friendly. The children’s amenities were great!

Nothing is too much trouble. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is amazing and the spa is great for relaxing. The Hotel Manager is always welcoming and makes sure everything is up to standard. A very pleasant experience to be repeated.

This hotel is always consistently 12 out of 10 ! Beds and pillow / rooms are excellent, so comfortable and quiet. Staff are so friendly and professional. Food is absoloutely delicious, every single mouthful. Spa is devine, kept so clean and everything always working, quite luxurious to spend time in this beautiful place, the walks are stunning.
