Well maintained outdoor swimming pool. Tea and coffee available at reception.

Room was dirty and old and we couldn't stay there because we don't even think the sheets were cleaned. How can clean sheets have the mattress imprint in them? The pic of the room in the Expedia advertisement was not what I got!! I am out $277.00 for a room that looked like it was at a crack hotel. Very disappointed.

Friendly and very helpful staff, the room and bedding clean and confortable. Although there were several guests, quiet at night, family friendly. Newly renovated comfortable room. Our new favourite place for a Niagara area short stay.

Staff us extremely rude. I went to sign in and the lady at the desk cancelled our reservation because we brought our dog into the lobby which was a pet friendly motel. The manager wouldn't refund our money at first. They cancelled and wanted to keep my $758. I had to call Expedia 20 times and explain my situation which finally a supervisor approved my refund. I had to sleep in my car with my 85 yr old mother.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

We had specific issues because of the age of the room. The toilet was very low, was not tight and rocked and would not fill properly. One of the bedside lights which was hardwired would not stay on. Wiring issue? We were advised to ask for a newer room.

The outside looks a little rough but don't let that sway you. The rooms are really nice and clean. Good pressure in the shower. Very close to a lot of restaurants and right off the highway. Chucks Roadhouse and a few other restaurants are walkable. There was coffee in the common area but I didnt have a chance to try it. Will definitely book again when we come back this way.

Enjoyed our 3 night stay

Two story motel, right at the intersection of Ontario Street and the Queensway. I was pleasantly surprised with the large size of newly renovated room, with a TV, fridge, and microwave. Nice bathroom and an effective, quiet air conditioner. Lots of restaurants, both fast food and sit-down, within a short walk. I didn't use it, but there is also a small outdoor pool. Great staff. Good value.

Very disappointing experience. The service, facilities, and overall management fell far below expectations. We encountered several issues during our stay, and they were not handled satisfactorily. I rarely leave negative feedback, but I feel it is important to share my experience. Please choose this hotel with caution.

I stayed here two days ago and had a genuinely great experience. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, quick, and professional. The location is excellent, right off the highway, which made everything very convenient. The hotel felt very safe, and the cleanliness really stood out. Everything was well maintained and comfortable. I also want to mention the staff. The lady who prepared the chicken was incredibly kind and sweet, and the gentleman at the front was very helpful and welcoming. Small things like that make a big difference, and they did it right. Overall, this place is absolutely worth it. I would come back again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and well-run hotel. Sabrina A
