Apparently I have to write something. We had a v pleasant one night stay. Off season so we got a good price and t then got an upgrade! Breakfast was exceptionally good. Avocado w poached eggs was best ever! v helpful staff. The one draw back is that parking is an extra charge.

The room was clean but windows were old and draughty and noisy. The staff were courteous and polite and very helpful. Very annoyed that there was an immigrant hotel nrxt door. We were not informed until we were leaving and they were walking through the car park .watching us.

Staff great. Beds were far too soft and lumpy. Rooms a bit tired. Chairs rickety, tap wonky, light flickering etc

Had a very poor experience at this hotel. I had booked and paid for my room in advance, but when I arrived to check in, I was told that the room had been given to someone else. There was no apology or acceptable explanation, and the staff seemed unprepared to resolve the issue I expect guaranteed room after pre paying.

Hotel was fine room was very nice. Front desk staff good. Breakfast was odd, staff act if breakfast is a secret and there are rules you need to follow and an order that suits them and maybe not you. It was just odd. That being said location and general hotel were all very good

We were recommended to stay and advised the restaurant had a good menu - however we didn’t dine as very limited options for gluten free Breakfast could also have offered more gluten free options and they also ran out of gluten free bread to do toast - disappointing

Had a lovely stay at this hotel, great location, nice room and the lady on reception was lovely. This hotel had the best pillows on the bed than I have ever had in a hotel, they were so lovely and soft and the bed was very comfy. Lovely bathroom and loved the bath in the bedroom. On the negative side there was no fridge for the fresh milk that they gave to us. The room was very dimly lit (plus one lightbulb was out) so it was hard to do my make up. I ended up doing it in the bathroom as it was brighter in there. All in all though a lovely stay and would go back again.

Good location and quiet with comfy bed and good bar food, but a bit disappointing compared to its website - decor a bit tired, breakfast understaffed, kettle had to be put on the floor to plug in. Surprised not to have a recycling bin given ‘eco-friendly’ tag.

Lovely small double room, would be very hot in the summer with no air con, but cosy in the autumn & winter. Good shower. Tea & coffee provided with a flask of milk each day if you ask at reception. A bottle of still & a bottle of sparkling water & a jar with shortbread in the room. A good breakfast. Great location, 10 minute walk from the Pavilion Theatre & pier. Definitely stay again. Parking £10 for 24 hours.

Lovely hotel with great food. Staff are very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. If you get a chance definitely to the restaurant as the food is amazing for the price you pay would definitely stay there again.
