Great location 5 minute walk from bus station. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Very good selection for breakfast. I would recommend this hotel with out reservation.

During my stay at Hotel Luleå, I was truly impressed by the level of service and hospitality. The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially when I needed assistance with storing my luggage while I took a short trip to Kiruna. They made the entire process effortless and stress-free, which I truly appreciated. The hospitality of the staff provided a wonderful contrast to the cold weather, adding a personal touch to my visit. Overall, my experience at Hotel Luleå was fantastic.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Luleå, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hospitality was outstanding, with the staff being incredibly friendly and approachable. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of both hot and cold dishes to suit every taste. Plus, the complementary hot beverages available in the lobby were a great touch and added to the overall comfort of the hotel. The hotel is also very easily accessible from the city center, making it convenient for exploring the area. I couldn't have asked for a better location or a more enjoyable stay. I highly recommend Hotel Luleå for anyone visiting the area!

Very walkable to beaches, restaurants & shopping

Nice hotel in Lulea center

We got to the hotel after 02:00 me and my partner could not lay next to each other as the bed kept moving apart and we would slid onto tbe floor this after I paid extra for a big bed

The bed was too soft; it sank.

Very good location. It's in city center. Less than 1 km to bus ans train station. There are alot of restauranta surrounding the hotel. Room is quite large, clean and comfortable equiped with 5 ft bed, sofa, working desk and big screen TV. Shower room and toilet is quite large. Breakfast is excellent.There are a lot of food including hot and cold dishes, fruits, bread and beverages. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided in the lobby.

Extremely tight garage. Parking spot too small for a compact sedan. I had a polestar 2, had do exit through the passenger door. Besides that, good hotel. There's no in room minibar. Good options at reception.

Mycket var bra. Tillsägning om önskan om städning resulterade inte i något. Det blev helt enkelt inget städat. Duschcreme var slut. Vi sa till om behovet att fylla på men det blev inte så. Allt annat var jättebra. Trevlig personal, bra frukost, centralt. Flexibel personal som var hjälpsamma på många sätt.

När vi kom dit var det hår i 3 av 5 sängkläder. Och övervåningarna på våningssängarna var inte bäddade, samt en säng nere. När vi sa i receptionen att sängarna inte var bäddade så säger de att städarna inte får bädda de övre sängarna pga det är för tungt för deras axlar. Då kan man fundera varför de ens har våningssängar. Sängkläderna fick vi bytta. Mattan i rummet var fortfarande smutsig. Annars var personalen trevlig, mysig frukost😄

Bodde på andra våningen och dom byggde om i receptionen just nedanför så var oljud från det. Sen var hotellet rätt lyhört. Sängarna var sköna och bra frukost

Dyrt var det, för ett litet rum med ett fönster, dock utan utsikt.
