“Smart”tv difficult to get to log onto free to air tv. Room was very clean and well maintained

Reception was busy, but helpful once the delay was cleared after about 10 mins. Also on two occassions during our stay we tried calling reception unsuccessfully until disconnected. We enjoyed the free wine tasting hour with Kies and cannt recall the Friday night winery, but was also enjoyed. Buffet breakfast was superb, a good selection of fruit, cereals and hot food.(need to update your toasters though,very slow!) The room was excellent, king bed, fantastic bathroom, with aa very useful nightlight in the ceiling, great view and balcony overlooking vineyards. But we had a child in the room above who sounded like a herd of elephants, constantly running back and forth and either opening and closing the balcony doors or sliding furniture around. Apity the relatively small gym is l9cated away on a hill near the golfcourse. Also a pity no games / recreation room on premises.

Very comfortable. Good location. Warm. Good amenities. Noise insulation between rooms could be better.

We had a really lovely stay. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The accommodation had the most beautiful outlook over the vineyards and mountains. Highly recommended

We really enjoyed our stay here. Wonderful room and the staff was wonderful. Kudos to Kupreet for getting us a room on the first floor. Really enjoyed the wine tasting at the hotel.

Beautiful setting, accomodation average , restaurant not very good

Great pool room was clean and comfortable.Good breakfast but Disappointed with the evening meals.

Room was in good condition,

The room was very dated and just basic - nothing to rave about. The sliding patio mesh door was absolutely filthy. However, the buffet breakfast was the best we've ever had. So much variety and very fresh produce - and catered for every dietary requirement. Location is great.

Room wa clean, staff very helpful

Lots of flies in the room, check in was very slow, restaurant staff wanted to charge me a separate fee for using credit card after I paid already (this was not explained to me prior and was not added to the first bill I paid). I won’t stay here again.

Nice room and nice staff too. The hotel was a good stay with my family.

Breakfast was great, room excellent and large. Only criticism is the on site restaurant is closed on Tuesdays so, as we did not have a car, and were unable to arrange a taxi, nobody answered the local firms phone!, to get into the local town, we were left with the adjacent Golf Club. Maybe the hotel should arrange a shuttle service, even at set times, into the local town, Tarunda.

The room service meal wasn't to the standard. The mattress and bed were very uncomfortable; I woke up with a sore back.

Hostile front desk, unclean room and unhelpful attitude. Will NEVER go there again.
