Great hotel

No me gustó , el olor del cuarto es como de hotel viejito al igual que en general el hotel. Es como viejo … lo bueno : la cama está cómoda y el cuarto enorme.

Clean room nice hotel just 2 elevators didn’t work to go to the 11th floor only one so we had to wait for that specific elevator to go to our room

It was okay overall. But we have troubles with the key, TV, and water. They said they knew about the troubles, but they gave the room because they were full booked.

I arrived on Oct 29,25 at night and they assigned room 117. The bathroom was in very bad conditions with patches on the ceiling, the bathtub old and full of patches, too. the room looked and smelled old , One of the trash cans didn't have a bag. They themselves knocked on my door to offer me another room (305), and I get there, and the sink was clogged. I was very tired, in pjs, ready to go to bed, but I had to wait for the Plumber, and then wait for the cleaning lady, to wash the sink. It was an awful night.

Checkin and the rooms are excellent in this hotel the only issue is with the food, too expensive for the simpler dishes, but they allowed us to order to Uber eats. very good location at city south and easy arrival make it a good choice.

The hotel is very well located, its staff very friendly and professional, but its restaurant is a total disappointment at any time. The food is very unpleasant.

The picture window on the bottom front of the floor had a huge gap whenever you stand and that made it very dangerous to stand told the people from the lobby they did not change our room. Also, on the first night in the middle of the night they were trying to get in our room.

Nice size room and comfortable bed.

Everything about this hotel stay was amazing! It has great amenities and is very family friendly. It is also walking distance to a nice mall for an added shopping experience! The staff has been amazing from day one and has been great help for guiding us on where to find some hidden gems in Mexican cuisine! I 100% recommend, especially for a family looking for a safe and kid friendly environment!

The room we got was a lower level facing the mayor freeway Periferico. Noice didn’t stop. The view was good. The swimming pool is small but my daughter had a lot of fun. The food was good and the staff were amazing. Polite and helpful

Buen servicio

The location was excelent. I had zero issues with uber pickups and dropoffs. Solo starbuck type drinks downstairs. Very conveniente.
