I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel. The desk staff, housekeepers, restaurant employees and in general all staff provided outstanding service. The best. Location is excellent, near the Puerta del Sol and La Gran Via avenue as well as public transportation and a taxi stand at less than a block.

I did not eat breakfast but my dinner was HORRIBLE!!

Staff very friendly & helpful Buffet Breakfast was excellent offering wide range of choices. Loved the pastry selections & fresh fruit offering followed by a cooked breakfast. The room had a massive bed with most amenities associated with a 4 star hotel. Cleaning staff ensure the room was cleaned everyday The only thing missing was a kettle so you can make your cup of tea. The room had a coffee pod machine. The location of the hotel is excellent for most of the popular attractions. Had an excellent break Thanks David & Fiona B

The only minor point is no coffee maker or Nespresso in the standard rooms. Other than this minor point I liked a lot this hotel on any aspect that can be evaluated

Great location once you find it, not too close to SOL so you don’t hear the noise but close enough to walk to lots of things.

The location was AMAZING!!! Staff was good, not exceptional. Bar was ok. Room was nice and big, loved that. Would recommend for 1st time travelers.
