The rooms were clean, and the bathroom includes the typical bidet and towel warmer. The toilet paper roll holder is in an odd place, basically inside of the shower/bathtub area and kept falling apart when I tried to use. The rooftop pool, gym, and deck area is very nice! The staff was great and super helpful. Location is awesome, with a metro right outside the hotel.

His was a good hotel with an attentive and friendly staff. There were spacious rooms, fast elevators and close proximity to the cruise port if transiting to a ship.

The staff were all great. The breakfast we had on 4 days was great with soo many choices for the buffet. We were also given a picnic to take on our last day as we were heading to the airport very early. A bag full of sandwiches fruits juices and muffins Amazing

The staff was amazing, rooms were very Clean, and quiet. View from the roof top was fabulous, and staff up there serving drinks, was fabulous, she gave us great recommendations for dinner. Check in was great! The breakfast, had a huge variety!! And it was so good, highly recommend it. I will be staying again later this year!!

The hotel location is very good. The noise isolation of the room is terrible you can hear movements of the upper floor room and the street you feel you are in the street
