Room service can be better. Three days my room didn’t get attended to. I had to ask for someone to clean the room. Which I think wasn’t good at all.

The restaurant and the pool

Room was cozy and clean. The front staff was very pleasant. I would suggest doing something with the hot tub as it was more like a warm tub with weak jets. overall the stay was great

Enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean. The pool was wonderful as well. Before checking out, we had breakfast at Aaltos. Highly recommend on it.

The hotel itself was great! However there was a lot of foot traffic at the entrance often asking for change which made it feel less safe. The noise from the hallways was also very noticeable in the room and the door was not sealed very well leading to a lot of light spilling in. The room as overall really clean and well maintained. The room had laminate flooring which was nice as it can be cleaned a lot easier.

This building needs to be severely updated. The pool and hot tub were honestly pretty dirty so was not impressed and wouldn’t go back

The pool was a huge hit for the kids they had a blast. The rooms I found muggy. I had booked two rooms thinking they would be adjoining but they weren’t you have to request it directly. So that wasn’t the greatest half my kids stayed in room without me lol. But there ages made it doable. Also a great locations. Would stay again

We had a really good time as per usual. My only complaint was we never received turned down service for our room until we called the front desk and asked for it. Also our air conditioner didn't work properly they said they would send a maintenance and they never did. When I called and asked about room service for making the beds and cleaning the room etc, I was told that I had to make sure I didn't put the plastic do not disturb sign on the door knob, which I told them I already knew about. That's just common sense. But when we still didn't get our room cleaned that day, I called the front desk again and then a different person told me I had to specifically ask to have my room cleaned and they only clean the rooms based on request which is crazy. Other than that we had a really good stay.

Everything was great! The backrest was fantastic. Really like the hotel. The restaurants were good
