Showers didn’t work. No tv on the wall. The most tired of all the tired places.

Sadly this is a very old establishment and the decor reflects this. Thought I was back in the 80's. The beds were well used and sagged although the linen was fresh and clean. Good parking and staff pleasant.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was a bit dated but for the price I cant complain. TV in room would have been nice.

The room was very outdated stains everywhere and noisy you could hear people talking and walking above you in the above room and the floor boards were very creaky. Won’t be staying here or recommend this to anyone

It was amazing, clean and the receptionist was kind and polite. I would stay there again.

Ok for a one night stay. Works being carried out so no bar or restaurant (evening) available.

I love the property , room and staff so much .Everything was perfect except lift bec going up and down to 3rd floor with bags is difficult but going up the lovely staff help me to take my luggage but coming down it’s hard but overall it’s was perfect and bed is really comfortable.I really liked it and going back next wk again

NICE ROOM, BREAKFAST AND STAFF

Clean and comfortable. Staff brilliant food good. Lots of decorating being done but can see the hard work being done. Will be nice when finished. Rahael the manager was brilliant and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble.

The staff are extremely efficient, polite and so good. Most importantly they are so helpful. I loved my stay here and I will come back again and again. Amazing people! Well done!

It was a clean room

Very nice and clean place, and the bed was very comfortable. However, I didn't sleep well, as the hotel room doors slammed constantly. The doors do not soft close. They are heavy and they slam. This needs to be addressed. I would stay here again if I knew they could fix this issue.

Room was spotless and comfortable.. staff lovely and nothings to big a thing for them to help with .. breakfast was lovely .. even tho I didn’t have a car I noticed parking was easy and secure .. going bk to Walsall next month so will definitely be booking again x

Lovely old building. Nice bathtub. Lots of parking. Staff were very helpful n friendly. Excellent breakfast. Lidl is right across the road.

Just got home from a 3 night stay. Stayed here quite few times.Normally stay with son and have 2 seperate rooms.On this occasion i was staying on my ownThis room was the best so far .Very spacious.and clean.House keeping came to room daily and were very polite. Breakfast lady very chatty,She always very polite and always cheerful,can have good laugh with her.Apologies I know I've stayed several times but I'm just no good with names. Breakfast was ok and always plenty of food and variety of drinks. Nice staff on reception. Easy quick check in and out. Plenty of parking . I know the hotel does look bit shabby on outside and some rooms are bit dated and repairs are needed,but couldn't really fault this room. The entrance is to side of hotel and i know the entrance is open at night ,but I can honestly say I felt safe there even on my own.Thanks Barons court staff for making me feel welcome yet again.

The Lidl over the road was very handy. I tried adjusting the television and a toilet roll fell down from the bracket. No bath towel on the first night, just two hand towels. Staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was nice but the hotel could do with updating.
