I had a good sleep on the firm/ clean bed. The room was clean and quiet (for being near the pool). The air conditioning worked perfectly.

I enjoyed the food and service at Denny’s.

Won’t be staying there again. There were people outside my room being extremely loud all night long for two nights. I had to keep calling security. Bed and pillows were hard. I was very disappointed in my stay.

Staff was so kind and helpful upon check in. I was there for a staycation and they made everything easy and effortless. We had a room on the bottom floor that walked out into the veranda. Such a unique experience. Even better, the workout room was there as well, so it made for a lovely way to wake up and get work done.

Horrible experience, rooms are moldy and not clean.

I did not love our stay at the Sandman, wouldn’t stay there again. I didn’t find it overly clean or well maintained especially for the price.

Massive leak cause the fire alarm to go off at 11pm. Pull out bed sheets weren't changed, covered in crumbs. Hallways were dirty from when we arrived until we left. Staff was amazing, facilities were poor.

We like the Sandman Hotels, the front desk girl was awesome, we had emailed about an early check in, but no one responded, when we arrived she got us into a room with no problem, it made our day !

Clean room but very odd having to take stairs down into the 1st floor. If we wanted to use a rolling cart, we had to go directly past the pool and hope no one splashed our stuff or it fall off. Very odd set up. Staff wasn't personable. Overall it was fine, just odd

We stayed here for 2 separate nights on our trip to Jasper AB. They had a flood on the main floor the weekend before we showed up (no fault of the hotel) but they put us in a room on the main floor. The hall carpets were wet, fans were going all night and it smelled like damp, moldy, stale air. Our bathroom shower on the first night had cracks all along the caulking and you could visibly see black mold. The last night we stayed, we asked for a room not in the first floor, we got a 2nd floor room. Our AC unit was not working, they sent a tech to look at it, he said it was just because it was 30c outside and that’s why it wasn’t working properly. After I complained a second time because we were sweating watching tv, they sent another tech and he ended up replacing the whole a/c unit. I can live with the wet mess and such, again, no fault if the hotel, but also feel we shouldn’t pay full price for not full service or use of the property. Probably would not stay at this location again.
