good hotel in walking distance to the town centre.

The rooms were very clean . Staff was always there and ready to help. The breakfast was good

Nice hotel, definitely needs re glazing especially on the main road facing side. Significant road noise all night louder than the air con unit. (Quieter at heathrow).! Would suggest as a minimum additional layer of glazing on this side tto help reduce noise.

Context- the hotel parking is flooded and had to walk through the water to get to the reception causing our shoes and feet to get soaked. Whilst at the reception my partner walked in and I caught the receptionist named REV laughing and smirking at my partner this is so unprofessional. Her service was not good at all gave no direction how to find my room and did not apologise about the flooding. REV it is very unprofessional and inappropriate to laugh about your customers misfortune whilst standing at the reception desk

TV viewing was an issue. No access to terrestrial TV so no usual UK channels available ie BBC / ITV / CH4 / CH5 etc

Great hotel nice friendly staff nice clean room

No working aircon (depending on who you speak to on the front desk) in 90% of the rooms, only the rooms on floor 7 (deluxe) have working aircon, and after only getting 2 hours sleep in our 30 °C temperature room, we finally got one of the rooms with working aircon, after threatening to sleep in reception, the only other place with working aircon in the building. As a bonus of moving rooms, we also got some working lights, so we felt less like moles burrowing towards the molten core of the earth. The staff are polite but powerless, or useless, depending on how you look at it.

Lovely stay here and when we requested extra pillows we had them 5 minutes later, great service from the welcome desk, the young lady went above and beyond to help accommodate us when faced with a parking issue.

Staff were very good, especially Viktoriia at initial check-in who was highly professional and gave the warmest of welcomes on arrival. She is a credit to your brand. Had a restful sleep in a well-appointed and comfortable room.
