Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Restaurant always ready to serve. Easy parking and breakfast until noon. Wish the rooms had a small fridge to keep drinks and leftovers cold. Breakfast had fewer items than most hotels, no scrambled eggs or omelets.

No vineyard views, only parking lot view. No coffee in room, no hot water kettle, phone unit in room to call reception broken. Internet only 10Mbps unless one pays extra. Overpriced restaurant in lobby area.

Good sized room and the common rooms are very nice with a bar and restaurant, lobby area. Staff are helpful - arranged taxi to train station!

Pool was lovely. Breakfast was delicious. All staff were friendly and helpful.

The property was quiet and well maintained. The location was close to major shopping areas.

I found the hotel to be a basic hotel which is fine for the price I paid. Having said that it was perfectly clean. The only thing I noticed was the towels were well used! Maybe replacing them would help with future ratings.
