friendly staff

Was great except add said there was a pool. No pool they give you a voucher for the community pool 2 blocks down

Breakfast could have had improvements. Maybe install a coffee machine that Makes different styles of coffee like latte cappuccino and mocha as the coffee was weak at the breakfast. Otherwise very good breakfast clean and organized everything a traveler needed. Thank you.

Staff were wonderful. We were greeted when we first walked in, was given information about becoming a member and collecting points etc. We stay at best westerns numerous times every year and no one has ever given us this spiel. The girl the next morning working at the breakfast buffet was also wonderful and super helpful. Biggest improvement needed would be more convenient parking spaces.

I had a medical treatment and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate so thankful for my 8 day stay.

Returning guest, always happy with this hotel. Conveniently downtown, clean, good breakfast and pleasant staff at affordable rates. I'll be back!

Definitely will be staying again!

If you're going to promote parking included in your ads, you should have parking spaces to offer. There's 15 car spots available on site for the entire hotel, and NO spaces anywhere in walking distance on the street that you can park your car overnight (no parking 12am to 7am). Every business within walking distance have signs posted that state your car will be towed if you park there.

There is nothing I would say that needs improving. We had a great warm welcome and every where was clean and fresh. Our room had all that we needed with a very comfortable bed and air con.

Every time I went to get bacon or eggs for breakfast, it was all gone, not refilled enough. I made due with waffles.

It was centrally located ,newly renovated and reasonably priced. Only complaint was their continental breakfast really needs to be improved. Not many choices and prepackaged food.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and friendly. There is a good selection at breakfast. I like staying here. My only complaint is the lids for the coffee cups in the room don't fit, they're too big. I couldn't take my tea with me.

Elevator was not working construction near by but complimentary was very good

Two night stay for Kelly Cup bonspiel. Good basic breakfast, waffles, eggs, pork sausages, cereal, yogurt, coffee and tea. Parking is tight. There is overflow parking across the street. Convenient and close to Curling rink.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was a good size and clean. Bathroom amenities were excellent. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast, nothing special. Very central location. Overall a great stay. Will book there again

All was fine

Good hotel. Information is a little bit misleading with respect to the pool. There is NO pool on location, however they do give free passes to the Prince George pool. We ended up having to buy our own towels which was more expensive then swimming on its own.
