The location is good. Things to be improved: 1- pillows and blankets with firm mattress. 2- install bathroom fan to take out steam and smell. All these to look better and clean.

The room was spotless and the bathroom looked newly renovated as well which was lovely. We stopped on the way home to Melbourne and it was fantastic, glad we chose this spot!

Great housekeeping

The room was clean, beds were comfortable, shower was hot but not much pressure. Extra pillows and blankets/doona would have been nice. Restaurant is not operating. No lift for the elderly or disabled.

Big room, good location, quiet, loads of parking. Check in was slow, check out easy. Rooms are dated and could be maintained cleaned better. Towels worn. Loose taps in shower and cross threaded. Made it hard to maintain water temp but great water pressure. Hotel is budget friendly and good for families. Motorway is close as well as loads of eating places. Not a bad stay was what we needed for 1 night and we got good sleep.

Check in was easy and fast. The two bedroom townhouse was spacious. Parking is easy and convenient. The kitchen and bathroom was run down and abused, but clean enough. For a small family it was ideal and convenient. We’d definitely stay here again. You get what you pay for. It’s cheap so don’t expect anything fancy. Comfortable enough.

Staff was terrible inconsiderate

Its been 6yrs and I am still using this hotel, the best in Liverpool

Bare bones accommodations

Pefect place for an overnighter. Had everything we needed and the room was very clean. Beds were very comfy and staff were beautiful!

Not worth the money old cheap furniture bed from 80s feel every lump lounge from 70s more like 2star 100 a night place still cleanish and safe if had to stay in that area
