The staff are available at 8:30 a.m., which is very inconvenient if you arrive early, as you can't leave your bags or even use the restroom. It's a real hassle. Other services are fine. The hotel's location near a bus stop makes it easy to get to other places.

Staf ada jam 08.30 tidak bisa diganggu gugat, ini sangat menyulitkan kalau kita tiba lebih awal tidak bisa titip tas atau bahkan ke toilet, benar-benar merepotkan. Pelayanan lainnya oke lah. Lokasi hotel dekat dengan halte bus memudahkan menuju ke lain tempat.

Perfect location, it's right in the CBD area. There are plenty good coffee places near the property that can be reached within walking distance. Close to Red CAT bus stop as well, and it is free.

The room equipped with washing machine but without a dryer. Otherwise everything was OK.

Great location. Very helpful reception. Great value overall.

Amenities are complete, strategic location, the service was very satisfactory.
