Hotel Giberti & Spa is in a great location, around a 10-minute walk from both Verona station and the city centre, making it ideal for exploring Verona and taking day trips. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable with excellent air conditioning and a good shower. We also found the laundry service efficient and reasonably priced. However, it didn’t quite feel like a four-star hotel. Amenities were fairly basic, with no slippers, robes or iron provided, and the breakfast was average. Noise was also an issue, as we could hear other guests and doors slamming throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a solid hotel in a convenient location, but closer to a good three-star experience than a four-star one.

Great location

Good modern hotel within easy walking distance of the historic centre, many good restaurants and the main railway station. It also has the rare benefit of its own secure car park.

Very convenient location of the hotel, close to the center and dinning only 10-12 min walk. Spa access is not included into the reservation of the room. Very close to train station. Love experience of exploring beautiful Verona!

Reception staff very welcoming and helpful providing advice about tours and activities. Staff in breakfast room & housekeeping pleasant. Rooms and property in general was very clean and bathroom also had nice big fluffy towels giving a luxury touch. Great location less than 10 minutes walk to Piazza Bra, the Arena di Verona and other tourist attractions. I would definitely stay here again for a trip to Verona & would thoroughly recommend this hotel
