Excellent staff, Darryl at Mantles was wonderful. All the front counter staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is a great experience, lots of amenities. The kids loved the pool and going in the off season means having the village to yourself.

Reminded me of the Swiss Alps. Enjoyed our stay. Be aware of additional costs for parking.

My husband and I planned our stay as a wedding anniversary trip. From start to finish our stay was wonderful. Greated immediately, so welcoming and friendly, our room was very nice and clean, very comfortable vibe, upon checkin within 5 minutes of being in our room we were hand delivered a bottle of wine and a handwritten note/anniversary card from one subtle comment I made that the stay was for our anniversary my husband didn't even hear me say it he said how did they know? I said I barely mentioned it which made it all the more kind and to me shows the care and above and beyond service you want when you choose a place to stay. Beyond that the restaurants were all phenomenal, great drinks food and atmosphere. No complaints.

I had been to Sunpeaks in the winter for skiing. This was my first summer time trip. It was amazing. We rode the chairlifts up the mountain to walk through the meadows full of alpine flowers.

Room was huge! Very clean and modern. Cheapest hotel booking we had and was the nicest room we had during our stay. Pool, not great. Hot tubs, very hot but no jets working. Food in restaurants was good, Parking price a bit steep! Definitely recommend

The hotel has large rooms which makes the stay more enjoyable. No tripping over lugggage. Bed very comfortable. Enjoyable one night stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Bed, pillows and room very comfortable so had a good nights sleep. Hot tub and pool good. Shame they aren’t open longer ie earlier in the morning as this would have made an excellent rating. Gym good and clean. Good location and food + shops options which was helpful for our party of 4.

Our stay at Sun Peak Grand Hotel for a night was amazing! We were very happy with our experience dining at the Mantle Restaurant, had buffet breakfast and the food selection was very good. What we love the most is the cleanliness and the accessibility that I requested prior to our arrival. We definitely be back there next time we visit Kamloops.

The Sun Peaks Grand Hotel was an absolute delight. The rooms are large, nicely decorated and in excellent shape. Clean and comfortable linens, and a cozy king size bed. Highly recommend the mountain side for a beautiful view. Staff is super helpful, easy check in and out. Valet parking was fast and efficient, great service. While I don't see us back in the area again, if I was, I would stay. Sun Peaks is a quaint mountainside village, a quieter and more humble pace vs. larger resorts like Whistler. There was plenty to see and do in our two day/two night visit. Staff throughout the village were lovely and welcoming.
