This was my second time staying at this hotel. We requested connecting rooms months in advance and then the morning before arriving reached out to remind them again of our request for connecting rooms due to needing help caring for my mom with a disability but they put us in rooms in two separate sides of the hotel. Then when asked to be moved they apologized but said nothing else was available in the whole hotel. I was in a connecting room, but with a stranger. Seems they did not consider our request at all. Disappointing.

Wonderful hotel. The best gym and pool I have ever come across and I travel a lot! Breakfast so nice and very nice staff in the bar with great bar snacks.

Breakfast was excellent and good selection

AC in our room was not working , the reception staff was going back and forth with our request for room transfer. The room also has an old hotel room kind of smell. Eventually they move us to Another room , unfortunately AC wasn't working as well. Another Hotel Guest also has the same situation like ours. I only stayed here due to the proximity to an event im attending Friday Night. We had dinner one time in their restaurant that was great. Dining staff manager was very attentive with our needs. Although the waitress who's assigned to us was not as receptive like he was.

Pool and gym are divine ! Staff so nice and helpful . Looking forward to returning

I now hear that My other Paid guest experienced comments from the staff which were inappropriate. A Ukrainian Citizen was my guest and a business associate. She is also a Paid Patron of your hotel. While I understand there is a War going on in your region, Negative Comments were made to her regarding her Ukrainian Citizenship by your front desk staff during her checkout. The Nationality of a customer I hope would never be an issue and it is unfortunate I was not present to hear such remarks. Very disturbing to know and it certainly changing my viewpoint of your establishment. I do frequent the City of Warsaw and will consider this disappointment upon my next visit. Thank for listening.

Good location, generous breakfast, swimming pool, good service.

I enjoyed my stay at the Regent Warsaw very much. The staff was excellent; they were helpful, professional, and friendly. It was convenient with public transportation stops for the bus and tram nearby.

Better pillows would have made my room a perfect room. They look fluffy at first glance then they flatten out, 4 pillows stacked up fatten to one. Otherwise great places quiet, 12 mins from downtown, staff was great.

It's a great spot IF you're there for a business trip for a conference at the hotel. It's not within walking distance of the central district and most tourist attractions. It's right next to the Russian Embassy so if you're okay with having armed guards next to you then that's up to you. There's not a lot of options for shops or restaurants within walking distance (ended up getting a room service for a "margherita pizza" but it was just a simple cheese pizza for $30) and, as a single woman traveler, I definitely didn't feel comfortable being out after dark. There was graffiti on local buildings as well as bars over windows on the first floor. The room was odd. Apparently you have to use your key card in a slot in the room to get power to the outlets (only found this out after calling down to the front desk and they sent maintenance up) but then what do you do when you want to charge your phone over night? I ended up unplugging some of the lamps so I didn't have to sleep with the lights on. The TV speakers in the bathroom were blaring (louder than standing in front of the TV) and I couldn't figure out turn it down so I just turned the TV off. Couldn't turn down the temperature in the room so I opened the window and ended up with a wasp in the room (I'm allergic!). The carpets were dirty and stained and the bed was uncomfortable. I had booked for 3 nights and stayed for only 1 with no refund. I could have kept calling front desk for help but it wouldn't have helped me feel safe

Overall this is a good place to stay. WiFi is an issue was disconnecting more often and no internet available.

The hotel was good overall, the staff was good they all speak English and took care of your needs!

Its a 90's style hotel. Its nice, elegant but bit dated. Their bathrooms have marble floors and they are very slippery and unfortunetly I had experianced that and slept on their floors and fell hard and bruised my elbow and lower back. So be carefull as there is no warning sign that their type of floors are slippery which I think they should put for health and safety resons.

Very generous sized room, bathroom had bath and separate shower. Great breakfast but limited evening meal choice, enjoyed the local restaurants in the area.

Large well maintained room, bed was comfortable with bathtub and shower as well .Breakfast was nice as was hotel bar although a little bit quiet.We used the swimming pool each morning as well,would recommend

Spa - not what we would expect for 5* hotel. Minimal beds for relaxing. No mini bar in room. Other things were all good, breakfast has great choices.

Nice and clean rooms. Nice and helpful front desk stuff. Respect Expedia gold and platinum members benefits. Good breakfast. A little far from the city center and major attractions, need to use a public transportation.
